Let me insure an item, let me even pay for the extra to insure it for its full value. This was a bedside that had survived a full trip from Malaysia.... I sent it 100 miles and it arrived in more pieces than a Meccano set. Then decided to tell me it wasnt insured as it was excluded, which apparently means the couriers can kick the life out of it as they know they wont have to cough up any compensation. All in all, the worst parcel courier experience of my life! And Ive posted over 8000 items in the last 2 years! Now deal direct with one courier who go above and beyond Would recommend them to anyone, would not recommend MonkeySh*t to anyone I thank you

Said that they could see on there system item had been collected 1 hour later item is still in my office not to be trusted with important items that need to be delivered with a couple of days very poor communication and truth

Horrible. My international parcel was sent back by parcel force. The person in the post office said that the custom forms were completed correctly and was confused why it was sentback to me in the UK and not to the addressee in Germany.

I returned a product to Amazon using your service, I believe the parcel was delivered however Amazon havent informed me that they have received the return and therefore I havent received my product money back or the postage costs that Amazon should also refund on receipt of the item.

Sent a parcel to Canada and found out 3 weeks later that Parcel monkey had taken an additional £23 out of my account. no email, no explenation, just taken. it took about a dozen messages backwards and forwards with proof of my bank statement showing money had been taken before they said it was because the parcel i sent was heavier than i declared. 3 times heavier??!!! not likely. i weighed my parcel 3 times on two different scales. it was impossible that it was 3 times heavier. even it if it was (it wasnt) why not email me... phone me.. write a letter to me? why just help yourself to my bank account? after what felt like endless to and fro they finally mentioned it was "volumetric weight", which is the size of the parcel, not the weight. they claim my declared measurements were a tenth the size of the parcel? nah... no they werent complete farce, would never use again.

Very easy to use. Parcel wasnt delivered in 24hrs as promised, but thats due to the carrier having a delay.

Really easy to use. This was my first experience of booking a courier delivery for a large item. I neednt have worried as everything was straight forward. Great little tool to compare prices and book a service.

Parcel Monkey were efficient and really good to deal with. The collection was on time and pain free. My parcel was delayed through no fault of Pacel Monkey but they were very helpful in sorting it out.

Booked and paid for a pick up, paid over £100 for the service as package was expensive, the courier never turned up, rang them and not helpful at all, to me to re book, so ended asking the person how I was getting the parcel picked up from to drop it off instead at a DPD drop off point, not impressed at all .

Over night turned into 6 days, including the weekend. Everyone was trying to sort out the problem but, despite reporting no collection, for 5 days both sales agent and carrier were convinced otherwise. Tracking was incorrect and I had pointed this out early on along with a remark that the problem might run and run. Everyone kept good humour... but it was rather poor service. It seemed people were unable to listen, relying on I.T. reporting something had happened when it had not. I had the impression there was a lack of will to check to see if my report that it had not been collected was correct. Which was not that flattering, implying they did not believe me. Parcel Monkey and DX staff kept good humour in a trying situation, so I will use them again. Without the good humour it would have been one star. But there appears to an issue that might need attention. Anyway, the pallet is on the way now, for sure. Thanks to everyone.

Very impressed. Used Parcel Monkey a few times now and they have always delivered (pardon the pun). Even when I was charged extra their reasoning was given in a good manner that I fully agreed with.
Will be using again as the value is great and the choice of couriers is excellent.
