A rather large light parcel, lucky me getting it sent by ParcelMonkey, with ParcelForce, to my Ebay customer at a good price. I entered the tracking number onto Ebay, but this is all it shows: 6 Dec 2021 11:15am Tracking number provided Its is now 13th December, and thats still all it shows. And now Parcelmonkey want me to rate the service. I dont know whether the parcel is still quietly on its way, or if its been delivered, or if is lost. How am I supposed to rate the unknown?

I posted some valuable books and opted for the insurance. Parcel went Parcelforce 24 trackable and was heaps cheaper than booking through them direct!! Arrived at the destination to a happy customer.

Bit shocked to be charged 110€ for VAT and Import Duty on Christmas presents when presents arrive here from Germany with no charge? As to delivery performance by DPD it was great ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Once again, Parcel Monkey failed to deliver. No explanation, no compensation. What is the point of offering a 24hour delivery service if you can’t guarantee it? If you can’t guarantee it, don’t offer it. It is so frustrating dealing with this firm. You cannot speak to anyone to get any information. I have to apologise to my customers to many times.

I ordered next day delivery. Collection on Thursday 2nd December delivery on Friday 3rd December. The package was not delivered until the Tuesday 7th in my opinion that is dreadful service and not one message to say way it was late. I understand it was Courier but you are responsible for the companies that you use.

First time Ive used this service and I cant believe I have never used them before!
This has made things so much easier for me to do, plus their website is very well designed for ease and fluidity without complication #winwin

Parcel Monkey are consistently lower in cost than if you go directly to the online shipper/delivery service. This particular time the cost quoted at the Post Office for a Parcel Force delivery was £25 but when booked through Parcel Monkey the exact same shipment was only £10. The options are what are key here, as when the Post Office quoted the cost it wasnt able to offer the various options for insurance or weight/size differences unlike the customisation that can be done with the shipment through Parcel Monkey.

2 issues: Blatantly False Audits & Poor Customer Care. I genuinely appreciate the service ParcelHero provides and the ease of use however, beware of "audits" that occur on which you have 5 days to prove your package dimensions/weight. A huge proportion of what I send via ParcelHero end up with an incorrect "audit". The "audit" can add a surcharge sometimes double the amount you paid for the shipment and im sure even higher depending on how askew their auditing equipment is. To note, the audit is carried out by the courier and has only ever happened with UPS but my gripe is that ParcelHero have been happy to send me audit after audit regardless of how incorrect they seemingly are considering I prove UPS wrong every time. Leading into a serious customer care issue. It seems ParcelHero is 100% happy with UPS lying and stealing from ParcelHero customers. The previous time this happened, i sent an item for £29. About a week later i get an "Audit" notice stating the item was FAR larger than it was and i was then charged £57 extra. I later provided evidence and had this audit dropped but here lies even more issues... Throughout this latest "audit" i became quite enraged by the absurdity of it all. I am lucky enough to have a stock of items so when this happens im able to prove that the item sent was of the size i stated it was when sending. After having been through this about 5 times this year alone i have asked for complaints procedures/policies, I have asked for escalation of the ticket, I have asked for GDPR policies... All ignored. I know what to do next. So just to reiterate, Parcel Hero provide a decent service overall. Its a shame the customer care just doesnt match up to the quality of the service itself and they are apparently compliant in UPS stealing form its customers.

Very poor delivery system - we booked a next-day delivery and its never been delivered or communicated to us that it wont be delivered. Very, very disappointed. Wed lost business because of that. Never again.

I sent a parcel from the UK to my friend in the USA with Parcel Monkey. The customs form/item inventory bit was a little intimidating, but the site and service was easy to use and reasonably priced.

After a disastrous experience with Hermes not arriving to collect the parcel the withholding my money, I tried parcel monkey. Parcel Force express came up as best value although I had to find a way to drop off the parcel at a shop 6 miles away as there were no collection options. Price was good & parcel arrived safely & quickly.

First time I booked through Parcel Monkey I used Parcel Force and I had problems with my parcels not getting collected or delivered on the specified day.
Since then I have always used DPD next day service and it is brilliant. They do exactly what they say they will do, I get a two hour timeslot for collection and I get notified when my parcels will be delivered to my clients.
Would definitely recommend using DPD and Parcel Monkey just makes it so easy to send parcels

Excellent service through Parcel Monkey. Easy to print label and drop off the package. Delivery to the USA took just a couple of days. My only concern was that the only "provider" given by Parcel Monkey was DPD, so hopefully there is there was no favouritism.

I have to say that I thought Parcel Monkey had turned a corner and were providing a good and clear service. Alas...my current experience cannot substantiate that. I understand that the new customs policies that are now in place can be challenging...however...that doesnt excuse indifference. I have been trying to track a parcel since the 4th December...I ask for assistance only to be told that they cannot assist. I have been told I have to find out waht has happened despite their page telling us all NOT to get in touch with the courier provided. When I asked how i did tha above all correspondence suddenly stopped. I am very very disappointed.

I have been monitoring my parcel sent to Hong Kong on 5th December. it has been in transit (aeroplane ) since 7th. Today the 13th and still in flight. My granddaughter will be so disappointed if she does not receive her heist mad parcel.
