Everything worked well,collection and delivery. Only issue I have is that you dont know when the parcel is going to be collected. Was unable to make any arrangements for the day

Top notch service! Usually use Hermes but my parcel was 27kg. I didn’t realise Hermes only go up to 15kg. Parcel Monkey found my cheapest option instantly..

Unhappy costumer. I would give no stars if I could. Grievance is with Courier who I chose to courier the parcel but makes Parcel Monkey look bad. My parcel was supposed to be collected a week ago and it’s still at my house. I am desperately trying to get hold of Courier with no joy. I have wasted hours waiting for them to collect and even got my neighbour involved in case they came while I was out. I’ve had a text 4 days running with a one hour time slot saying they’re “on their way” which they clearly aren’t. They haven’t even acknowledged my complaint. I need someone to get in touch with me so I can escalate this. Please do so asap via this email address.

Excellent ordering process,quick and easy! Parcel arrived in the US as promised. It was slow that end to be processed and delivered but cant fault the service this end from parcel monkey.

Parcel delivered to wrong depot in USA. 4 days later still awaiting update and delivery to correct depot and delivery to recipient. I realise this will be the couriers fault, just stating facts.

The parcel was returned to me due to having aerosols apparently. No proof for that and they are unable to tell me the exact item. Refused refund when parcelforce said I’m entitled to it. Very poor customer service. Try other companies

This was a brilliant service and really reasonably priced. I used parcel force and my only criticism is that I never had a printer for the label and it would be great for customers if the post office could print the label.

Booked Parcelforce to collect but the never came, had to re-book the parcel collection again. Not a vey efficient service, I was very disappointed

Shocking service, they smashed 3 of my 4 packages and lost the other one, two months later they say the list one wasn’t delivered as if was too badly damaged in transit. Not sure who they use as couriers but I won’t be using then again They also note my insurance is invalid as it’s recorded in the small print In all I’ve lost over £600.00 and paid Parcel Monkeys £90.00 on top Customer service is awful you don’t speak to a person and you have to use their own portal They are not governed and they don’t answer to anyone it seems, I mention this as I have asked them numerous times on the portal but they ignore this request Use at your risk

A rather large light parcel, lucky me getting it sent by ParcelMonkey, with ParcelForce, to my Ebay customer at a good price. I entered the tracking number onto Ebay, but this is all it shows: 6 Dec 2021 11:15am Tracking number provided Its is now 13th December, and thats still all it shows. And now Parcelmonkey want me to rate the service. I dont know whether the parcel is still quietly on its way, or if its been delivered, or if is lost. How am I supposed to rate the unknown?
