Well laid out website with ease of use parcel delivery time was excellent and in good condition
Just one comment for improvement please highlight the box that needs correction took me several goes to realise what I had not filled in correctly

I always use Parcel Monkey for sending my parcels - especially if they’re heavy, awkward &/or large as many courtiers offer limited services. Parcel Monkey always manages to find what I’m looking for and at very competitive prices.
I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

BECARFUL! Iis this Illegal attempt to take money out Sent recliner chair with 48h parcelforce PM9727414 which didnt exceed size or weight, paid around £13 after a few days WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION Parcel Monkey limited illegally attamed to take out £52.60 on 6th August at 3:25pm from my account without informing me before. Now i REPORTED THIS TO FCA ORGANISATION FOR FRAUD ATTEMPT. Parcel monkey i would like you to reply to this review and explain publicly with proof that you notified me what this payment is for. Anybody who is experiencing the same situation please forward this to !!! monkeycase0(at)gmail.com !!! in order to add more for FCA as i believe that parcelmonkey should be reviewed by FCA. They tried to steal my money with any notification !

Ive used ParcelMonkey a couple of times with only one issue ever faced was with DHL, I was fully refunded because the DHL driver never showed up the second time but ParcelMonkey was kind enough to refund it. Fast forward to 2021, I was scared to ship my shoes because of all the reports Ive seen with couriers stealing hyped sneakers and soo forth, but more than the couriers itself, I trusted ParcelMonkey because theyve successful shipped items like my GPU, my sneakers and my smart-watch. My usual go-to is DPD because of their economically friendly option, but considering the value of the goods being shipped, I felt it was safer to use a little more expensive option like ParcelForces Global Priority option ensure 3-6 days delivery. However that wasnt the case, however I do understand to some degree, that Global Logistics have been hit by the Covid-19 pandemic
From the UK, my package was collected from Swansea and exported from Coventry (PF International Hub) in under 10 hours, which got me extremely impressed and led me to assume that Id get the package in 3 days or less. However I noticed a little later on, that ParcelMonkey forgot to add my mobile number on the labels I were to print which got me extremely paranoid. Lucky for me, their ticket support system is extremely fast in responding to issues and queries, however the best they could do is to contact them once the package arrives in Doha.
Soo despite paying for 3-6 day shipping on Global Priority it took a solid 12 days just to export.
Personally, I wouldnt mind even if it took 2 solid weeks as long as my number was attached to my package, and if ParcelForces tracker shows the transit location of the package.
Soo I genuinely want to give it 5 stars, but a mistake like this could really develop paranoia to any customer and since Qatar is such a small country, I was easily able to go to the post office and collect it myself despite the failed delivery attempt because no mobile number.
But I will be credit to ParcelMonkeys Service Support team for coordinating and following up with me with updates as such, big shout out to Jackie and Kassia.
Soo my message to potential consumers, always evaluate your shipping options and always cross check your label prior to posting because its better safe than sorry, but regardless, I will continue to use ParcelMonkey because of their prices, service and variety of shipping options.

I sent out 20 parcels of which 5 were shipped to a local post office rather than the individuals address (which I had to chase up) and 2 were returned to me.

My experience with Parcel Monkey UK was really good. I was a bit hesitant to use their service having read mixed reviews online. We used the parcelforce pick up option, the pick up driver arrived timely on the day, so no issues there (despite my panic from reading reviews where nobody came to pick up!). Sending from UK to Turkey we werent sure if the parcels would actually be delivered in the 5-6 day time frame provided, but they were delivered on day 6 - really amazed with the speed.
We had to pay the equivalent of £10-12 for each box as a customs fee - Im guessing this will depend on the country.
Now to explain my review title: we did not follow the packing guides which suggest using one outer box and one inner box to make sure everything goes undamaged. Instead we pretty much chucked everything in large boxes until they weighed 30kgs, thinking how bad can they really get damaged? And let me tell you the packing guides are there for a reason.. The boxes were really bruised, dented and had tears at the handle parts (which we naively left thinking they would be easier to lift) and in some corners. They were at a state where some of them had items almost falling out. In so bad shape that if we moved them one more time they would definitely dissolve into pieces. BUT despite this nothing happened to our items inside, everything was delivered safely.
In short, I would definitely use this service again!

The worst service ever, I booked parcel from UK to Belgium and paid for 2 days delivery and attched all required documents, its been now over 2 weeks with nothing delivered. I tried to contact Parcel Monkey but they dont have a customer service number, then I managed to chat to an agent, they said, you need to contact Belgium post office It is not my job to do that! I paid for 2 days delivery service and its been 2 weeks. Anyway, I contacted the post office and they said, the shipment has not been market as a gift (Im sure it was) but anyway, They said you have to pay a tax on, I said its ok, tell me how much and Ill pay straight away, they said, just wait, it might takes over 2 months to solve this problem!!!! the item I sent is Play Station 5 as a gift for my nephew in Belgium, costed me £470. and now, I can do nothing, maybe somebody like it and just want to steal it. who knows!!! Parcel Monkey, you are the worst company Ive ever dealed with in my life. even one star is way too much.

I had written all around the parcel fragile with care fragile contents this way up the box arrived busted open on a couple corners and looked like it had been sat on and one of the items inside was broken I had to refund the buyer and I cannot get intouch with dpd to make a claim so not very happy at all
