Had to post a guitar amp and 2 speaker cabinets across the country. Quote from Parcelforce direct was basically double what Parcel Monkey quoted for exactly the same service, even down to dropping it at the same post office to be collected by the same Parcelforce van! Arrived bang on time and all present and correct. Will be using again.

Great website, easy to use. Useful when you dont have a printer to hand and you need to search providers where you can print the label in store. Highly recommend and very easy to use. Also useful when parcel monkey send you the tracking link so you can send this on to your recipient and they can track.

The service I received was impeccable from Parcel Monkey UK. I sent 4 separate parcels to different parts of the USA and I was on a tight timescale to get the tshirts to four women for a conference at the weekend. They all received them and we are very grateful it made my day.

I bought postage to Russia with Courier and it was supposed to be picked up on Monday I took all day off and guess what they never turned up and it turned up on Tuesday afternoon so I lost 1 and a half days pay and iv no way of getting the money back so would not recommend parcel monkey

Its a bit presumptuous to ask me to rate your service when one of the prices has not even arrived yet... so for starters, you did not come close to meeting the 3-4 day delivery assurance you promoted. Ask me again when my package has arrived at its destination safely. Also, I was going to use your service again, but it rejected my email as invalid. The same email address I used to set up a now non-existant account with you. When I tried to get a quote before you rejected my attempt it was 31£. When I tried again it was 45£. So I gave up... especially after I was seeing that my second parcel was not delivered in any timely matter. I gave you 2 stars because at least you got the pick-up right.

I packed two dishes safely with bubble wrap, paper and tissue paper to be shipped to Edinburgh. On each side of the box I put a fragile warning and both dishes arrived smashed.

Very reliable service. They always have more options, reasonable price. They respond emails quickly, but has no customer service phone number.

Dire service, DO NOT use Parcel Monkey. You are better of dealing direct with the reputable couriers. I paid for next day delivery service, the parcel was collected by Parcel Monkey did not provide the delivery address of the parcel to the courier company, so the parcel was redirected to a storage warehouse in London and sat there for days, until finally I was able to contact the courier directly and get them to deliver the parcel, 7 days AFTER it was to be delivered. The parcel did not arrive on the day it was meant that parcel monkey confirmed it would, and twice on further occasions it did not arrive, on the 4th attempt it was finally delivered. Dont even try to get a refund back from Parcel Monkey, one of their automated customer service monkeys will just keep repeating the following. Essentially parcel monkey take NO responsibility for the safe delivery of your parcel in the time frames you sign up for when you use their website. I hope this review helps customers, I have never left a review before but the service was so bad with parcel monkey that I was compelled to. Please see terms 2.6 - compliance with the estimated time of collection or delivery is not guaranteed and the company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is a valid evidence of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered on.

Tax on gift to Sweden- I sent masks to my mother and her husband in Sweden, and despite the label describing the goods as gifts, and the value of the goods being below the threshold, the goods were not released from customs until my mother paid extra tax on them. Perhaps the problem was that I did not gift wrap the items separately. If this was the problem, please could you advise your customers as part of the parcel monkey service, of the packaging rules for gifts to Europe.

Stay away !!!! Stay away!!!!! from this company they will steal your money, first they take your parcel,after two days they will return it back to you saying you have not completed the document and no money refund,they have done it 2 times with me and my friend too

I needed a fast efficient service to get my SCUBA Dry suit to the supplier for modifications. Parcel Monkey had a reasonable price for the service so I tried them. The parcel was collected on time as expected and arrived the following day at the destination. Feedback on the status of the delivery was provided throughout. An excellent service at a reasonable price.

Failed to get my parcel to the destination as the customs documents they provided were incorrect and then refused to give me any refund. I still dont have the item back and its been nearly 2 months. £200 down the drain

Ten days after mailing my package Parcel Monkey automatically took an extra £6.89 from my credit card in addition to the original £42.19 which I had already paid because they stated the actual weight was 3.20kg and was 0.60kg over the declared weight of 2.60kg which had been weighed officially by the Post Office. In hindsight, I’d have been better off sending it via Royal Mail. Next time, I’ll be looking for an alternative company, not using Parcel Monkey. Shocked that they can just take extra money using my credit card.

The company I booked through Parcel Monkey to carry out my collection and delivery have failed to collect and deliver my parcel on two occasions, they then failed to take any responsibility other than to offer to rebook the collection with no guarantees that it would happen.

I have used Parcel Monkey quite a few times over the past year. There is no doubting the efficiency of the booking service that is provided and the cost of sending parcels is always competitive. HOWEVER, in the past 3 months I have sent 7 parcels containing wooden and metal objects and two of the parcels have arrived with my customers broken and in need of replacement. No worries i thought, I can make a claim against parcel monkey, well that is where my patience has well and truly run out. DO NOT BELIEVE that you can claim on their insurance. They have absolutely no interest in taking any responsibility for the care of my goods whilst in their hands. You can write “FRAGILE” and “THIS WAY UP” all you like, but clearly there is absolutely no customer care given at all. What Parcel Monkey need to realise is that they are paid to deliver SOMEONE ELSE’S property from A to B, and have a duty of care for that property. If it arrives damaged and unusable at the recipient, then I would expect them to take responsibility for the damage, not refuse to pay, blame the packaging, blame everyone apart from themselves. To date they have not responded to two simple questions 1) Have I paid you to transport my property, yes/no and 2). Was my property damaged whilst in your care, yes/no It is not good enough to point to their terms and conditions, passing the liability onto someone else. YOU ASRE RESPONSIBLE

We sent a parcel through Parcel Monkey. Which was less than 500g and an A4 envelope. Parcel Monkey took an additional amount from our credit card, they wrote: "Upon the order you stated the dimensions to be 35.5x25x1cm @ 1kg however when the item was weighed at the carriers, using the latest in laser measuring technology, it was confirmed the dimensions were actually stated to be 60x54x11cm". They added it was 8 kg! Weve been trying to get the money back since the 26th of August, without success. You cannot argue with the latest in laser technology. Each time P.M. contacted the courier again and I had to wait weeks more. Parcel Monkey said I had to proof it was less than a kilo. I contacted Courier myself. They sent me a photo of the parcel at delivery, which clearly shows a thin envelope. Shame on Parcel Monkey. I am still waiting for a refund.

I cannot fault this service. The price was very good. The forms were easy to fill in. Customs forms were a bit of a pain but arent they always. My package went via ParcelForce and arrived in France both safely and quickly. Ill certainly use them again.
