Sham of a service dont use no communication, leave customers high and dry no info no rearrange pick up on site, driver dont run up on time

I arranged for a parcel to be collected on the 1st december.. Nobody turned up to collect and we was not given any explanation or rebook

no commumication after 4 days, then all orders (7) cancelled with no notification to us - had to go to paypal to try & get a refund - v bad
