Brilliant. I will be using you for all our parcels in the future. Good price, very quick and much easier than lugging it to the post office.

If more of a specified collection time was given it may be better. I stayed in all day and collection was after 5pm.

For this parcel, service was good, but we have another order PM_351669_475983 have not been collected since Thursday.

On the courier's first attempt to pick up the parcel, the City Link driver didn't try ringing my mobile number before abandoning collection.
