I had to pay £80 compensation. Your courier never collected. Until 3 rd instruction. I am not using you again. I have moved to Courier direct.

The parcel monkey service can not be faulted however DHL have let me down on my Last 2 deliveries by delivering 2 days late on both.

Look at the history. I think youi failed to collect at least 12 times! Parcelforce delivered it the next day afte we gave up using you.

Haven't received parcels - no updates to say what delays will be. Phoned courier to be told boxes are still in Coventry-doesn't say on site!
