The parcel I recently sent to my son in Berlin was delivered promptly and arrived safely and with no damage. This is the second time I have used Parcel Monkey to provide a parcel delivery service. I will continue to use them as a delivery provider as their rates are very competitive and they provide a very efficient service. Thank you.

Avoid using this company !!! Been waiting for collection for 3 days : No one showed up but they are putting on the system that there were attempt for collection ( so not true as I have not left home for a minute) Ignoring your wish to submit a complaint totally...

Delivered on time. Still to get the rebate from Amazon though. TV packed securely in original packing as never used except to identify fault. Amazon promised in writing that they would pay the £39.70 it cost as their own Returns transport was off the road due to COVID. They now say repeatedly they have no contact nor order number for this. It was not an order on them. Not your problem but it would be helpful as it related to the TV for which there is an order number and an email address.

Request a change of collection address parcel monkey confirmed the change of address but then Courier turned up at the old address saying they had no knowledge of the charge of collection address and that parcel monkey had not told them about the change of address, my delivery was urgent so I had to book with another courier and drive all the way to their collection depot to to make sure my parcel gets delivered the next day, very annoying. To add to it Courier turned up at the correct address 3 days later asking for the parcel

Sent a parcel to the USA which stated you can send a camera but not the battety £59 to send, parcel was sent back as I some how violated their terms, I did not put a battery in the box and the excuse parcel monkey has given me is the box was scanned which shows a battery compartment therefore there must have been a battery inside and then charged me £20 to get my parcel back and is refusing to refund after clearly pointing out the info on parcel monkey and DPDs website, Very Poor customer service and will Never use or recomend them to anyone.

Never again !!!!!!!! I have just had a six week saga with this company, ending up in a small claim court I sent an oversized parcel with them and took out insurance. The courier they used lost the parcel which was 3.5 mar long and weighed 25 kg. (Not sure how it happened ) So I applied to PM to address the issue with a completed insurance claim. They were really difficult and made it clear that they were not going to pay out, despite me returning to claim form in the allotted time and subsequently offering me the postage as refund which was £56 apx not the £460 that the item was covered for. So off to the small claims court.....they settled out of court for the full amount plus claim costs. Speaks for itself really doesn’t it....... Will never recommend or use this company again !!!!!!

They describe the service as "Courier Next Day" but in the small print they say it can be upto 5 days late before you get a refund for delays, so beware !

Have now used this company a couple of times as another i previously used were loosing parcels and customer service was not very good at all.
I booked a pick up via DHL for collection next day and a 24 hour delivery.
Was collected in a timely manner and the driver was excellent.
Parcel was delivered the next day without issue.
Overall, a very smooth transaction with a great price too.

Unbelievably poor customer service. I had a parcel collected on 02 June for next day delivery. It was a Satellite Dish system I had sold on e-bay for £800,weighing 29kg. and the size of a pallet. After a week the recipient informed me the parcel had not arrived so I contacted PM. After a further week they advised me to open a lost parcel claim. They said I must include proof of value and a letter from the recipient to say no delivery. These had to be uploaded on the clains menu. I did so and 2 days later PM said they had started the claims process. After a further week they denied the claim as they said they had not received proof of value. I said I had uploaded this. No response now from PM so after several days I uploaded the forms again. This time I could see an icon on the claim menu that shows correspondence which showed the file for the proof of value. Last time I did not see that icon, but I was not aware that there should have been an indication to show received when I first did the upload. Also, PM did not mention when they said they had started the process that they had not received the necessary forms. I of course informed PM of this but still no response from PM. While I was doing my daily on line chat with them asking that they respond to my dialogue, they informed me that the parcel had just arrived and said if I have any more problems then to let them know. The parcel arrived 16 days late. I contacted the recipient and it arrived damaged and soaking wet and he would not sign for it. I went straight back to PM to inform them of this, wanting to know if they wish to collect and inspect the parcel. Since then no relevant response from the claims dept. only one to say they have closed a duplicate thread I had opened with an email when I was being ignored on live chat. So I have now contacted Citizens Advice and am about to inform PM that I am sending a letter as first part of the process to recover my £800 which was in my account before I refunded the buyer due to the parcel being lost. Parcel Monkey are acting in a despicable toward me by not replying to my many requests. At the moment I have no money for the sale of my goods and the goods are 300 miles away damaged and soaking wet. As I said, unbelievable!!

I have an account with Parcel Monkey because in the past they have been fantastic BUT NOT NOW, poor poor customer service. I paid for a parcel to be collected and sent to my daughter, 12 days later it still had not been collected. I am shielding so asked for the parcel to be collected from the side of my home, I spent several days looking out of the window watching for collection.....no collection every day!! I contacted the company through my account but they failed to rectify the issue, even though I asked for someone to ring and speak with me they completely ignored this. I am left with a parcel that I now have to send by a different provider. This has happened with the last two parcels I have tried to send......needless to say I will be avoiding this company in future. Poor poor customer service.

Excellent service from Parcel monkey, their price was cheaper than the one quoted by parcel force, eventhough parcel force were providing the service. Only disappointment was from parcel force themselves, i booked a 24 hour service, the parcel was collected next day but then delivered a few days later and box was damaged at their hub.
But the service from Parcel Monkey was excellent. Would use again.

I trust Parcelmonkey more than my local Post Office. The price quoted by PM, the PO said would be 3x this cost and Parcel Force online 2x the cost. I got the impression that they just make up the numbers. Also got funny with the length and weight of the car part parcel.
Parcelmonkey saved the day. Paid and printed the address label. PO accepted with minor grumbles. The printed address label was like a special passport. Thanks ParcelMonkey.
