I have to say that just recently you have been performing exceptionally well. My only criticism is that you should be able to contact the courier to find out if theyre going to collect the following day rather than rebook. I have had couriers turning up two days ina row when the parcel had already been collected.

I have used parcel monkey alot recently, 25+ times in the past 2 months. Everything has been fine apart from one occasion where and item has gone missing in transport. This was a hot tub. For starters im not sure how a hot tub can be lost given the size, however it was so I had to create a claim. It all seemed fine, I provided all the necessary information and was hoping to hear back from them. They got back to me a couple of times asking for information, which I provided instantly, however 50 days on and im still over £1000 out of pocket. They got back to me a couple of weeks ago informing me of a resolution date of the 25th, havent heard anything since. In this current economic climate, to be £1000 out of pocket can be incredibly damaging to someones livelihood. I have since contacted them multiple times without a response. I will update this thread once I do. If needs be I will be taking the company to the small claims court to retrieve the money that is owed to me, as written in their t&cs. I will be holding off from using their service again till this issue is resolved. If it wasnt for my current experience with the claims team I would have recommended the company a lot higher.

At first, the price was good! However, service with Parcelforce was AWFUL! They got my address wrong twice! they did not call me at all for any Infos. So after been waiting all day for two days, I had to go my self to the depot by taxi because I was leaving the country the next day! Consequentially, the overall service got very expensive!!! Definitely not using this service anymore!

Ordered a 24 hour service with parcel force took them 3 days to deliver. I know that there are delays at the moment with the covid pandemic. But I received no email or notification about my parcel . Wasted a lot of time waiting around .

I have used this company to send parcels to Greece for many years and it is a very good company. Just lately I have use it again for many parcels, booking my parcels in the previous evening and Parcel Force was ringing the bell next morning at 7.30 am to collect them. Really fast and at a very competitive price. The parcels were dispatched and sorted out for export in a matter of 24 hours, unfortunately now the items are now in waiting to be exported because of lack of flights due to Covid 19 but the goods are in secure storage until things are back to some kind of normality. Parcel Monkey did their part perfectly so no complain.

Shambles from the start. Sent a parcel with them and had an issue with paperwork. Requested the return of my goods on the 17th June. It`s now the 7th July and still nothing back

Website was easy to use. However, I was hoping to receive a confirmation of delivery - I did not. I also received an email to say I would be charged an extra £4.19 as my weighing of the parcel was 1.9kg out which I don’t agree with.

No way to track parcel, the 2-4 day delivery time was completely wrong (so far its been more than a week and still no package. And no way to track the package (numerous attempts to contact have still left me with no information).
