When you book with these guys you get the combination performance of spectacular incompetence: Parcel Monkey and DPD...who will conspire together ruin your day. I paid a lot of money for the privilege of being forced to stay in my flat all day. DPD driver goes to the wrong address. Lies. DPD admits his GPS showed he was nowhere near. DPD are unable to contact the driver for the entire day and then wiat until the very end of the day to inform me that I will need to reschedule through Parcel Monkey as its their account. Parcel Monkey dont respond. Ridiculous.

Terrible service and I would never use them again. I emailed Parcel Monkey with the issues and never recieved a response so will use this forum and hopefully it will warrant contact. I paid extra for a parcel to be collected by Courier before 10.30am, and paid extra for next day delivery. The parcel was in fact picked up at 3pm and was delivered to the recipient 3 days later. I did not receive anything like the service which I paid for, the saving grace was that the parcel did actually make it to the right place, despite being absurdly late. I would very much like to hear from Parcel Monkey in regard to this as I have lost out financially with this item being for a very disgruntled customer who I have had to compensate.

This is terrible service twice now we have tried to arrange international deliveries set everything up, paid and arranged collection only for the collection not to have happened, I am only giving it 1 star as you cant give it zero stars

Couldn’t organise a p**s up in a brewery! Paid for 48 hour delivery, a week later it still wasn’t collected. Customer service are an absolute shambles with no clue how to help and do not listen!! Absolute shambles!!

Parcel from UK to France sent on 3 Dec for Christmas, still has not been delivered. I enquired on 20 Dec and got fobbed off with well get back to you when we have heard from the courier. Still waiting for parcel, tefund and compensation.

Ive been using Parcel Monkey for a while and have had a few hiccoughs here and there with shipments but customer service has deteriorated lately. I would say I put a reasonable amount of business through them. Awkward customer service assistants, website not working properly and unauthorised additional charges being taken from us when weve provided the correct weights and dimensions for parcels. Im taking the business elsewhere.

I was given a two hour slot and the oa gel wasnt picked up in this time. In fact, it wasnt picked up the same day even and I was asked to leave a valuable product outside for pick up later in the week. Not a good service. Customer service also complained about the depot and vice versa. Unprofessional and not the service I paid for.

Regards an International parcel to Sweden. Forget Parcel Monkey, 1 week on I had to enquire about their failure to deliver or share any update with me. Parcel remains undelivered somewhere - if only they would tell me. Parcel Monkey export to Sweden 0/10

Avoid, if it goes wrong, you pay! We sent a parcel to Hatfield through parcel monkey using parcelforce. Several days later we received a message saying "Your item PM******* has been returned to us because the details about the recipient provided were inaccurate resulting in the courier being unable to deliver your item." I googled the recipient address and found it in 2 seconds, no problem, the address was accurate. I googled the nearest parcelforce depot to recipient address, it was literally around the corner, a 3 minute drive away. So it is hard to make sense of the fact that Parcelmonkey gave me 3 choices, a) dispose of parcel, b) pay to have it returned to sender, or c) collect in person from parcelforce depot in southampton. And there is the problem, the parcel is held 90 miles away from recipient address, parcelforce have taken it to incorrect location, it should be in Hatfield, with the local parcelforce depot around the corner. Parcelforce have messed this up and given up on the parcel. I contacted Parcelmonkey and told them the recipient postcode and the local parcelforce depot postcode, 3 minutes apart and asked why it is held 90 miles away in southampton. The upshot is parcelmonkey repeated their 3 options to me, I can not get parcelforce to correct this issue, so I now have to refund a customer and either pay to have parcel returned, or write it off for disposal. No customer service, no help, no sense. There are probably many good reviews on here about parcelmonkey about their wonderful service. We ourselves have sent hundreds of parcels through them, 3 times we had a problem, 3 times we ended up paying and losing over £40 each time. Once it goes wrong, you lose, you wont get support, you wont get anyone trying to resolve issues that are the couriers fault. Just remember, if it goes wrong, you pay!

Thankfully it looks like they not throwing parcels around as much still would like them to text or phone call to say parcel is on its wait will be there on a day roughly about such a time like some companies do. But do love the tracking system.I love the price comparex tó other really good value

I am really unhappy as they lost my parcel I payed for them to deliver so in total I have lost over £40 And I have not herd a thing about a refund disgusting the parcel was sent 26th Nov 2019 we are now Jan 2020 dont make them look good .
