Sent a parcel with parcel force 24 hrs still hasnt arrived and it looks like its going to be 48hr service and I paid for a 24hr service 3rd time this has happened to me going to have to look elsewhere

Booking Parcelforce deliveries through Parcel monkey gives me the best of both worlds: cheap easy booking, but reliable, quality deliveries and left at the post office if youre out, not some depot miles away. Also £60 basic insurance, where the other cheap parcel companies only give £20. Mind you, Ive never had to claim, so I dont know what that side is like.

We were charged an additional £ 15 because, we were told, a package containing a 7 inch vinyl record weighed 4.4kg & not 0.25 kg as wed advised when booking the service. However well packaged, a 7 inch vinyl record does not weigh a mighty 9.7 pounds.

Cant give a good rating so far. We ship frequently as a business to lots of locations internationally. Thought wed use Parcel Monkey this time, as the prices are competitive and about the same as some of the other budget shipping agents. Weve used them a fair bit in the past and the experience has generally been good. We booked and paid online 3 days ago. Order was confirmed. The shipping label wasnt generated and the tracking number wasnt updated on our dashboard, although the system says this will be ready within half an hour. We messaged customer support numerous times. The first time they got back to us and said it would be generated that morning. Nothing happened. Numerous other messages to customer support from us have now been ignored. We have now asked to cancel the order if the shipping label cannot be generated, but customer service have not responded, although this was over a day ago. Shipping needs to work pretty fast these days - we all get feedback on our performance, and rely on other companies such as Parcel Monkey that are also involved in the process. For us it is very important that we meet the shipping times that we specify to our clients. Importantly we need the tracking number quickly, and we need to inform that the item has been booked for shipping. It is a big problem that Parcel Monkey cannot be contacted on the phone (unlike some of the other normal agents that we use). So although the prices are competitive, if this sort of thing can happen and not be quickly resolved by efficient customer support, then it would make sense not to use them again and perhaps pay £5 or £10 more for a more reliable service.

Terrible experience. Used Courier via Parcel Monkey. Parcel never reached the recipient, and it was never scanned at point of collection. After multiple messages with Parcel Monkey, and time spent responding to requests to send various receipts and bits of information, 3 weeks later they told me Im not eligible for compensation because I didnt take any cover against the parcel. Cant understand whats stopping them and delivery firms from losing all parcels without cover in that case. I would not use again and would not advise anyone to use them.

Ive used them several times in the past, but as soon as you have a problem with the delivery, worst customer support ever. Seriously not recommended at all. Go to the courier website directly, dont waist your time.
