Parcel took a week to arrive despite parcel force 2 days being booked. Parcel contents box too short if multiple items are sent. Despite this, good value for money and good service generally

Still waiting for Parcel Monkey to arrange for DPD to collect parcel number 15503275123151. It should have been collected on 14th Jan, its now the 15th and its still sat waiting in reception. Their Live Chat feature advises us to contact Parcel Monkey, however submitting their website contact form, results in a "CRM" error being reported, it doesnt work - JUST LIKE THEIR SERVICE. So, getting in touch with them via writing this review is the only way of making contact - their choice, not mine.

tracking numbers didnt work. Then when I contacted them for assistance I needed to spend an hour creating a ticket for each delivery. There is no central support to resolve issues unless you create separate tickets for each order which is a nightmare when youve sent multiple parcels. Not impressed. Should be able to give my order number and someone deal with itt. Or better still - Parcel Monkey should assign the correct traceable tracking numbers to orders. Reply from Parcel Money: (!!!) This will take too much time for us to look into, as advised please create a support ticket for each order so you will be assisted

Only got 2 stars because it got to its destination. Otherwise it would of been a 1 star! The parcel was recieved torn open! Somebody has torn the box open and my family had to recieve the parcel looking like a dog had been eating it and tore through the box. How nothing inside wasnt damaged I will never know. It was books inside. So lucky no water or rain touched them.

Usually I have no drama but my expected date of delivery 14/1/202 has past. There has been no update on its status via tracking since arriving at the local depot on the 12/1/2020. Using PM tracking link sent me to DPD tracking. My parcel status has gone from Expected delivery day Tuesday to no status at all. Not really impressed.

So quick an efficient! Really easy to use. Simple and straightforward. Would highly recommend.
Would prefer a more specific collection time. As waiting in all day is a bit of a tie. However in general very happy with the service

I send a parcel on the 1st of January through their "etrak" service which promises end-to-end tracking and an 8-10 day delivery target. After collection on the 3rd, the tracking never updated and all Parcel Monkeys support could tell me was the parcel was delivered to the etrak depot and vague promises that never materialised about further information. Every interaction started with "well your parcel was delivered", followed by "its with etrak". Whilst they have until the 17th to actually deliver the parcel, Ive paid for a tracked service and not received it.

I went to the post office to send a parcel to a friend in California, the post office quoted me £70 to use parcelforce international but usung parcel monkey it cost me £28 to send that same item. Its quick and easy to use, the information is clear and it finds you the best rate!

Parcel Monkey worked well. I couldnt use Hermes directly (apparently it is too long ago since I last used them, and now I would have to register a new account, using a second email address). I think it was a little cheaper than using Hermes directly too.
My only doubt is that if something went wrong, how easy would it be to contact a person........

Parcelforce looked to be what I wanted. However, their tracking system was awful. Parcel left UK and took 3 days to arrive in Spain. Suspect system was just not being updated in Spain, but a weekend of worry.

Paid for 24 hour delivery Courier turns up to collect with no labels or receipt for the parcel and said I would have to rebook the next day to get a receipt. spoke to parcel money who refused to refund the additional charge that i paid for 24 hour delivery that I paid for in advance apparently a refund is only applicable if Parcel Money cancel. what a load of rubbish

I used HERMES they where tasked with delivering a package to Inverness from Wigan this was dropped off for pick up 07/01/20 and I am still waiting for this to be delivered at 1530 on the 14/01/20. it was sat in the depot (inverness) for the entirety of 10/01/20 a friday and attempted to be delivered on the sat to a business address (not open) they re-attempted on the 13/01/20 but said they could not gain access but over a 100 vehicles in the car park managed it no problem, today i have spend a large amount of time ringing the number with no luck, so had to go through the online system they could not give me any ETA or information on how to contact the courier apart from it may be delivered before 2000hrs. I will never use HERMES ever again simply the worst.

Appalling service and my complaint remains unresolved. Poor communication and they lay the blame at the Couriers door, when they have not passed the information on to the courier, to enable them to another courier. I would never use this company again. If I could give 0* then I would. Horrendous experience! My advice would be to book with the Courier direct and cut out this price check agency. I am still waiting for their response. My parcel should have been collected on the 8th some 6 days ago, it is still sitting here! I am disabled and unable to get to the drop off points, hence paying more for collection. Quick to take your money, but that’s all they do.

Worst customer service ever! Just keep saying that I have to print my own labels and if I don’t magically pull a printer out of my backside that I forfeit my money! Trying to charge extra for insurance!? I’m sorry but if I pay for you to deliver something and it doesn’t get delivered then that’s your responsibility! Not mine because your terms abd Cs state in this section blah. Lab blah! How about this one, come to my restaurant and order a steak and when the steak doesn’t make it to your table the. It’s your fault because you didn’t pay extra 1.99 for insurance and your forfeit your money and get out of my restaurant! See how that works! Disgusting! Just a big sham to get money from people and do nothing!

Didnt deliver to address given. Showed proof that is wasnt delivered to correct address, has now been retrieved from wrong address by them and taken to Southampton from Liverpool? And now been told thats its £5 to release the item plus another delivery charge to return it back to me the sender. Customer service at parcel monkey a waste of time. Use someone else!
