The booking worked as it should and package delivered without problem, whats not to like!

Very poor company to deal with when things go wrong. You cannot telephone them but are instead invited to email them for which the response typically takes 2 days between replies. A live chat would be a good substitute for not being able to call them but even this is not available. A measure of a company is not how it performs when things go well but when things go wrong and Parcel Monkey are at the bottom of the table.

I needed to send two heavy items (one weighing 45Kg). Parcel Monkey was quick and allowed me to compare a few companies willing to collect and courier these items. The prices were good and the items were delivered safely.

I chose Parcel Force via Parcel Monkey UK because it guaranteed 2 day delivery to Ireland. At no point did it state that New Years Day would be an issue nor did it say that there are no postal or courier deliveries at the weekend in Ireland. In the event the parcel was not collected until 2nd Jan and then took another 6 days to arrive. The parcel contained items for a funeral - hence the need for urgent delivery but it never arrived in time.

I have paid a dear expensive of 3 days delivery from UK to France for a small and is been 7 days now and it hadn’t been delivered , there is no way to speak to someone about this . I need my money back , I don’t know where my package is , my friend couldn’t get her package on time for her birthday. Nobody has emailed so far to let me know what is going . It’s ridiculous. I am absolutely fuming ????

The website is useless! It will not accept diacritical marks or punctuation in the address fields. Which is completely useless if you are trying to send parcels to French, Germanic or Scandinavian countries, or even UK addresss that use diacritical letters. It will also not accept the dash mark - (example; Unit 1-2)

Having been disappointed by the service provided by one of their main competitors, I had to look at Parcel Monkey for my parcel. Super easy to book collection for a very large item (28kg, over 1m long box) and everything went smoothly from there. Very happy with Parcel Monkey and would definitely use them again next time I need to send a large parcel. Great price too. Thanks!!

Since logging this claim on 2nd Dec and promptly providing all the required information - proof of purchase, photographs etc., I am yet to receive any significant update from Parcel Monkey - they claim they are waiting to hear from Parcel Force. I used the company in good faith and trusted the parcels would arrive back to the supplier (Victorian Plumbing) as they had been shipped and also took out additional insurance in case anything got damaged in transit, I therefore do not understand why there is such a delay. They keep saying the claims Team would be in contact with me shortly to process my claim with a view to arranging appropriate compensation on a successful claim application - almost 6 weeks on, I am still waiting and still out of pocket. Hopefully this can be resolved quickly. The lack of contact phone number is ridiculous.

Easy to book online, printed labels and attached to parcel. We were out so left it in the porch. It was picked up on time and delivered in time. :)

I have been waiting for a month for 8 items to be delivered from the UK to France. Here is what I have just sent them: On the 3rd of January you email me to tell me that the items have been delivered and signed. I, not trusting your incompetent service, decide to check myself, and I call parcelforce directly, quoting each of my 8 tracking codes. I am told by parcel force that only 1 package was delivered, and 6 are on their way back to Glasgow with 1 being already in the Glasgow depot, damaged. ParcelMonkey had no idea of this and would never have told me if I had not called the courier directly myself. The courier tells me I must take this up with parcelmonkey as i booked through them. I contact ParcelMonkey to ask what is going on with my boxes, and why they have not been delivered, and I am told that you have "contacted the courier and will let me know when they respond". Despite the fact that it only takes 10 minutes to call them, I have been waiting 4 days for an answer to something that I already know. This is after parcelmonkey took 10 days to contact parcelforce in the first place when the items were still in France. If they had a phone service this would have been sorted there and then. I would never ever trust this kind of service again.

Thought this was a great idea until it all went wrong and this company does nothing about it! Send a parcel it never arrived one month later I’m asked every day to be patient be patient! The service I paid for failed and absolutely nothing is being done about it. Trying to warn others to avoid! And trust pilot should allow no stars and one is a joke In circumstances!

My package got lost and i had to constantly chase the customer service to find it. After a month it was found and sent back to my customer I was having if returned to me from. 30 days for 24hr delivery and Im back to where I started. Now all I need is for them to have it picked up again and delivered to me. Parcelforce are mostly to blame here. 5 shipments missing in 5 months and as many damages. Not very good

Very easy to use. Measured up my parcel, entered the dimensions and got instant quotes. I selected the DPD option, my parcel was collected on Monday pm and delivered to address in French countryside on Wednesday. Will definitely use again

First time of using this firm as a middle man and I can`t fault them.
They sorted out the courier after all info. was accepted ,I took my parcel to the Post Office, I tracked my parcel to the addressee and job done, no problem. Will certainly use them again.

They advertise being able to send to the DPRK - its untrue. I am very experienced in sending parcels out of the EU and understand all documentation that must accompany them. I booked and sent the parcel with all the correct documents. The parcel was delayed at customs outgoing. Parcelmonkey said there was no sanctions relief document with it. There was, it was attached. They then said it was in the wrong format, it wasnt. But I resent a different one anyway, eventually they had three. Parcelmonkey then said there were no invoices attached. There were, in triplicate in a document envelope attached. They were resent. Then they said the parcel has "failed the Denied Party Screening with Courier" but couldnt explain what was meant by that due to the "privacy policy". Nonsense. We then rinsed and repeated the above a few times. Then I got this: "Kindly note that as per the courier, unfortunately, the area is not serviced by delivering partner. We kindly advise you to please inform us of further steps." - that is nonsense. Courier do serve the DPRK evidenced by their office in Pyongyang. Again, utter nonsense. I requested they deliver the parcel back to me so I could use another provider. They wanted to charge me for that, I refused and they relented and returned it. I then tried to get my £128 back but they would only refund £96 citing they had incurred expenses. That is illegal. They have ripped me off £30+ for a service they didnt provide. They messed me about for six weeks then ripped me off. We are going to County Court them for the difference.
