Ive had some great experiences with Parcel Monkey shipping to items here in the UK, but the first time I post to another country, it was a fiasco. I wasnt informed that I need to fill in certain export forms and then the parcel ended up being sent back to me and I had to pay for the privilege too. If Parcel Money are the intermediary, they should ensure youre aware of the correct paperwork you have to complete. This particular experience was a nightmare from start to finish.

Wish I could give them a -star that’s how terrible my experience with this company is! Please please no one use parcel monkey they have sent my parcel a 6 hour drive away from the original address which I can not get to and they are not even trying to get it delivered any closer to me the service I am receiving is shocking I am getting absolutely nowhere! I was suppose to get my parcel 1 month ago even though the company promised it would only take 3-5 days. They ignore all my complaints and they are so slow! How does it take 3 weeks to contact the carrier when it took me 15 seconds to call them. please no one use them no matter how cheap their prices are.

Logged three parcels from UK address to UK address paid £27 for postage and packing, then they took £52.60 from my account without notifying me. I sent them all sorts of photo evidence proofing the surcharge unjust. Demanded to refund my money and they refused. I used another courier, another courier and IPOST parcel and none of them takes the money from your account without the concent even if there were disputes. Do not use this online website as they store your cards and then whenever feel like it takes the money. ONLINE FRAUD

I was very disappointed that you did not deliver to the door, in spite of my request to leave the parcel in the porch. The recipients both work and so this has caused a massive inconvenience, completely spoiling the birthday surprise

The monitor I sent looked like it had been through the wars by the time it arrived to my brother. Screen completely done in, cracks everywhere. I had packed it well and written FRAGILE all over the box.

PM allows you to easily compare prices, and I was able to send a
tractor wheel much cheaper than my usual carrier. the only downside i had to take it to a local pickup point, but no problems.

Booked a service through their site and opted for the extra insurance as the contents was worth £500. Parcel went missing 2 days after being collected, its been over 6 weeks now and all Ive been offered is the money to cover the original delivery costs. This isnt the first time this has happened, I had the same thing happen with a motorcycle fuel tank last year.

The parcel I sent arrived damaged to the recipient and they refused to provide any compensation. Not even a single penny. Avoid this company and book directly from couriers, this gives you more assurance that if anything goes wrong, you would at least be refunded a certain amount.
