Awful service. No collection note, No delivery Note. Additional charges made by courier despite box being weighed before being sent, and the correct weight being declared. No contact number, no complaints procedure despite being requested. Terrible online chat. Have reported to amazon for appalling service. Do not use. Pay peanuts .. get monkey

Fantastic service. Easy to organise, easy instructions, just need to remember to scroll down for correct country to post to. Collection straightforward. Delivery was amazing. Goods were picked up from my house on the Monday and unbelievably, the day after, one package arrived in Monaco, and the day after, the package to Austria arrived. Tracking system accurate

I paid for a next day service. DX couriers did not show up they blamed parcel monkey, Parcel Monkey blamed DX and the online chat went no where. I would not use again.

I choose 2 day delivery, which wasn’t very clear as when I arrived at the drop off point the driver had already been and gone. Parcel did not arrive to its destination until 26/12/2019. Postal date 21/12/2019

Absolutely useless. Tried to arrange a collection, but went back and forth with their online chat service endlessly over several days to no avail. Eventually they cancelled the order and then said I had to claim back the money. Will never us again.

Hidden additional charges Easy to use website and shows good prices. But after sending my parcel with correct weight and measurements I was charged an additional £8 and told my small package of 11 plastic corkscrews to Hong Kong weighed 3.5 kg, not 1.4kg ! They were not interested in my case, so I will not be using them again

Easy to use , definitely much cheaper than booking direct with chosen carrier.
I posted an item almost 4.5 ft long , 25kg and the cost was 60% cheaper.
Only niggling thing is I could not book a collection time so had to wait in . Other than that ????

This company is appalling. Returned items to amazon with Parcel Monkey having measured and weighed box exactly, and double checked using amazon postage weights. No confirmation of collection. No confirmation of delivery. Then received bill for additional charges based on weight of 30kg - when it weighed no more 7 kg. There is no contact number, and the online chat is useless. PM took 10 minutes to respond to the effect they will contact the courier company and email. This is quite the worst service i have received, but to be expected of a company that calls its self monkey - pay peanuts ……...

Super price for getting my 25kg luggage from Manchester to London.
Snag was that it seems they dont work weekends. My 2-day delivery assurance eventually became 4 days, but no regrets, will use them again.
