Excellent service but it took 8 days instead of 4 days that was quoted. Price is good as compared to DHL & Royal Mail. I handed over the parcel at Homebase which is 1 mile away from me

To be able to monitor the large parcel on its journey gave me peace of mind. The courier who collected the package was very helpful. The cost was very reasonable and I would definitely use this service again. Being able to see the numerous options and costs for different methods and companies on one page was excellent

No info on parcel collected yesterday to be delivered today. Site only says advised which is no help whatsoever. No news at 1600! Very disappointed.

I sent a large parcel to Scotland and it arrived as Parcel monkey said it would Pre Xmas ! Fantastic !
However I sent a parcel Royal mail at the same time about 18 miles to Kew - it was about 3/4 smaller and lighter - IT didn’t get there till well after Christmas what a disappointment there.
Should have used “parcel monkey!“

I sent a parcel that was lost - the website of the delivery service said that the parcel had been delivered to the wrong depot by mistake and to wait. I waited and then I contacted Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey got back to me confirming that it was lost. They didnt respond to my request for a refund at that point. - had paid for insurance so claimed using their online form later on. They refused the claim on the basis that you have to claim within 5 days of the due date, which I hadnt known but in any case I had been told to wait....They did agree to refund the postage after an initial blank refusal. I wont use them again.

Some of the worst service Ive ever received, 6 out of 9 boxes delivered, chase up the other three. Nearly a month later told they have been returned to sender, well to at least, no clue where the third is. The reason for returning? Tried to deliver but no answer. The delivery address is the shop I own that is open everyday of the week from 8:00am until 8pm! You had my number zero calls. Lost sales, lost a box and have the other two boxes somewhere in the UK. Never using again. All they want me to do is pay again for a service they seemingly cant provide!

I had problem with sending a label to a seller for pickup by PM I spoke on email to a person who I think called herself Alison. When I explained I am not that good at attaching labels to send on and asked for her help . I was told that I should use another company that takes the label to the parcel. What a cheek!!! not helpful whats so ever she clearly wasnt a good representative of what I took to be an excellent company Linda Scully

Not delivered as too large,instead of phoning me,they are going to send me an invoice to pay the rest. 10 out of 100 for quality. When you have problem its hard to sort. And insurance is a waist of time.

It wasnt the first time I used this service and it definitely wont be the last.
Delivery was easy, quick and reliable, even during the festive period the parcel got to destination at the right time.
Five stars and until the next parcel!!

An absolutely shocking service - I sent 8 boxes via parcel monkey from UK to France with expected arrival by the end of the week (10th December). I was then told the items could not be delivered and that I had to send the correct address. As the address was correct in the first place, I asked what the issue was. Parcel Monkey told me they had contacted the courier to find out - 12 days later and still no information. I email them every day and get a prompt response telling me: "We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please note that we have passed on the below to the courier for further assistance. Rest assured we will inform you once further updates are received." Eventually, after 10 days, they gave me a number for the courier: "GLS confirm the delivery depot has been instructed for redelivery. Consignee can contact the local agents directly on below France 08 99 70 31 00 / +33 806 00 60 06" However these numbers do not exist. I am unable to contact parcel monkey via phone, and they are clearly incapable of contacting the courier which suggests this is an inefficient service. I have no idea where my items are, or whether they will ever be delivered. I am terribly worried about my items, and will never be using such an inefficient service again.
