Easy to book the parcel delivery

Great service, never used parcel monkey before, couldnt have been easier and well priced for an item that needed returning, this will be my go to service from now on.

Paid for collection of parcel for delivery next day. DPD failed to collect the parcel with no correspondence or explanation. I contacted Parcel Monkey UK whom I booked and paid for the service via their live chat system (which by the way is the only way to contact them) who again offered no explanation as to their failed service and made no attempt whatsoever to appease the situation but instead offered a recollection 3 days later which is totally unacceptable as I paid for a collection and next day delivery service. Not the first time this has happened to me with this company and I should of known better. Beware????

I always use Parcel Monkey, And I find first-class have used them for a number of years and have only ever had one problem which they answered and sorted out very quickly to my satisfaction keeping me informed at every stage

I have emailed you as I didn’t use your service as I don’t have a printer,but instead paid Evri to send the parcel by the drop off shop,and asked for a refund of £11.02 but have heard nothing from yourselves

i ordered an international parcel service (less than 4KG) and with lack of due coordination and preparation between this agent and the courier company (FedEx), I lost precious 2 days and for no fault of mine, i need to wait for them to return my money. No one is available in both these companies to talk to. everyone is hiding behind somewhere and will come on to chat window only after we are exasperated with chatbot. there is no proper procedure except to collect the payment and then ignore. Pathetic service. I will never avail their shxx service.

First issue was when, after spending a couple of hours filling in the itemized list for Customs control, when I clicked on CONFIRM AND BOOK it dropped EVERYTHING I had done and I had to start it from the top all over again. After spending the next hour or so on that I managed to CONFIRM and make the purchase. When I received the PDFs of the documents there were problems. The shipping label had the wrong house number and didnt have the recipients phone number. The girl I was "chatting" to managed to get the address fixed but the phone number never appeared. I gave up on that, figuring I can just write it on the label. The Customs forms that I received was incomplete. Each form can handle 5 line items meaning that I should have received 9 forms. I only received 2. From that point forward, the girl I was "chatting" to refused to acknowledge that there was anything wrong. That the courier had the information so I should send it as is. This is AFTER I explained to her that their own website said to insure that the documentation was conplete and correct otherwise, fines, loss of goods, return fees, etc. She fixated on the fact that what I got was based on what the Parcel Monkey system sent and there was nothing to be done. In short, she refused to even try to help resolve the issue. She finally suggested thet she could send me blank CN23 forms for me to fill out. HELL NO! That was part oif what I was paying for! I gave up, cancelled the order, and will likely never use their services again. ATTN: PARCEL MONKEY ADMINISTRATION..... TRY HIRING PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR WORK AND NOT JUST GOING FOR AN EASY PAYCHECK!

I had parcel picked up paying about 20 pounds for it , now I’ve had another message saying it was not the right weight, now your saying your taking another 26 pounds of my card , it’s disgusting service, will never use you again, ps cookology where the parcel has gone to can’t find the parcel of your tracking number.regards Martin beales

Awful company. They are not responsive at all!!! Please avoid! I bet they will reply this post copying and pasting… I will save you time, Parcel Monkey… “I am very sorry to hear about the service you have received when using our service. I have escalated the case on your behalf and have asked one of our team to reach out to you. Alternatively, please contact our team at; https:/ Again, we are very sorry for this and hope we can come to a quick resolution for you.”

Avoid using them! They will never help in case of any issue. They copy and paste the same reply and no contact number available. So frustrating!!! Awful company. Avoid at all cost!!! They lost all my parcels and still no Reilly other than “sorry to hear that, we will give you an update soon”. I bet they will do the same to reply this post… hahaha

Packages were collected end of October. However one was not delivered. I would say, if you have other options go for that. It’s not as reliable. Hopefully it will be found

The courier delivered the box to a completely different building in a different street. few days later a guy knocked my door asking me if the parcel is mine. His building name and street name is absolutely different. I could have lost my parcel had this gentleman did not figure out the address on the parcel or decided to take it for himself. I do not trust this courier anymore unfortunately

The online booking was not complicated. I printed my labels with ease and like a relay when I took my parcel to the respected depot, it was dispatched with immediacy. I was very surprised that a parcel handed to the depot on Driday PM was delivered in the USA by the promised delivery date. Kudos to Parcel Monkey. There proce was almost half the post office and other agents.

Great experience, they found me loads of options to send my options. Computer and monitor sent to my daughters the next day. No hastle, no damage to the parcels. Highly recommended.

Does not accept or process paperwork correctly and will incorrectly return items to you and charge you for sending it and returning it - go straight to the delivery companies instead.

You charged me extra for the parcel, when I challenged it, I was asked to provide photo evidence & photos of the dimensions. 1. Im trying to run a busy company. 2. Why would I take photos of this? 3. Not ok, to take money out of my account without notifying me first. Not usually a Karen, but this takes the biscuit!

PM11751807 Unfortunately, I used this company to deliver 9 boxes to another country. Seems that they lost my parcels and they are passing the ball to DPD… I didn’t pay to DPD but to Parcel Monkey. They don’t have a contact number, only chat or email but, good luck if you have a problem because they will copy and paste the same reply ALWAYS for months… “apologies, we will give you an update soon…” still waiting and they don’t have a clue where my parcels are. PLEASE DO NOT USE Parcel Monkey if you don’t want to loose your items and being ignored. We will be soon taking legal actions against them

I used this company at the request of Amazon to return a chair that had been sent in error. I measured the dimensions accurately, and took the weight reading off the box. That was possibly my mistake, as a few weeks after paying the £22.18 shipping fee, I had an additional £25+ taken from my credit card. No warning, just an email to say it had been done. I have emailed Parcel Monkey twice, and had no response. If I did make a mistake, I would not expect to be charged an extortionate amount which was more than the initial cost. Maybe a £10 penalty at most, plus the additional shipping. I probably signed up to the T&Cs without reading thoroughly, but nobody expects to be ripped off in this way. Total robbers with zero customer service response.

Terrible service- it was nearing the end of the day so I reached out to confirm collection would still be that day. I was told to be patient and the driver would be there soon. I chased and a week later it’s still not been collected. With zero apologies, discount or refund. This is not the first time this has happened. Do not recommend
