I was able to get a good price from Parcel Monkey through Evri sending my parcel from Uk to IOM and simply took it to my nearest collection point. It took longer to arrive than expected with the cancellation of boats due to bad weather. Evri’s performance was great though in delivery. I would happily go through Parcel Monkey again in future.

Our two items was damaged ..it cost us 100 pound loss. Items was fully packed .boxed looked damaged on the way ..caused to damage the item

Really bad service. Very poor customer service. Do not use. Booked a collection on 12 November for a collection the next day (Monday). I was told this would be collected between 8am and 6pm. By 6pm no-one had come to collect. I followed up with ParcelMonkey and was informed that someone had to collect and had not been able to. They did not ring my doorbell or call my phone. I complained that evening and was told that it would be collected the following day (Tuesday). I waited in and it was not collected again. I followed up and was told it would be collected on Wednesday. On Wednesday someone came to collect but said that the item was too large. I had provided Parcel Monkey with the exact dimensions and weight of the product, but they had booked the wrong collection service. On Wednesday (today) I asked for a refund and have booked with another provider. A very bad service start to finish. Dont waste your time on them.

From start to finish this has not been an experience I wish to repeat. Firstly, there was no option for collection, but there was a list of local drop off places - I could do that I thought. But no, the first one I visited said firmly, and repeatedly, no drop offs, no drop offs. Rather than risk driving round and trying the other “drop off” places, I went home and started phoning round to see which would take my priority parcel, which I think was advertised as a three day delivery time. It turns out none of them, and by now I was at “drop offs” 13 miles from me. Fortunately one very kind drop off shopkeeper found some numbers for me to call; he also queried why I hadn’t chosen the collection option and was surprised when I said there hadn’t been one. How easy life would have been if this had been the case. The first number was no longer in service and no internet search revealed another one, and believe me, I looked. The second was the customer service number - forgive me I must take a small break before recalling this episode. This number is an automated service and when asked for my nearest drop off point that actually takes parcels, I was referred to the web site, scroll to the bottom it said, and I can find the information there. Except that all previous information turned out to be …wrong. With no person to guide me in the right direction, give me the answer to my question or indeed tell me how to get my expensive parcel on a plane to Australia short of taking it myself, I’m sorry to say I had small tantrum. I would have liked to have a bigger one, but I doubt the machine at the other end would have cared. By now a week had gone by and I was still no further in finding somewhere to drop it off. The web site clearly stated ‘do not use a depot, drop off only’, but what’s a person to do when they won’t take your parcel. Yes, I ignored them, I went to a depot. It was only 80, yes an eighty mile round trip, but they took the parcel. And very nice they were too, apologising and saying I was free to drop off my parcels there anytime. When I got back in my car, I laughed and laughed, like I’d use this service again. It’s been a week since my priority parcel was dropped off, it’s now sitting 17kms from its final destination in Australia, when it will be delivered, your guess is as good as mine. Will I be using this service again, I can categorically and emphatically state no. It can best be described as an experience. One I wish never to repeat.

Pick up was on a Friday and was delivered on a Thursday so it took 6 days from south to north Wales which I think is too long but overall good service and I will use it again.

Pleasant experience after wading through lots of issues trying to get the post office to deliver my 19kg parcel to be finally told they cant help or suggest anyone who can.
I also tried other carriers sites which were hard to navigate.
I just put in parcel dimensions and weight and got a good choice
of cheaper quotes that actually materialised.
Very happy.

My parcel is past its expected delivery date and still waiting for delivery at recipient. Can’t really fault Parcel Monkey. Parcel stuck for eternity with UPS. Parcel sent to a friend who is having palliative care treatment. Alas, I suspect friend will have passed by time delivery completed. ????
