Good and quick service

Made a little mistake with the measurements £33 became a £90 bill on top. Instead of being another £10 for the discrepancy, according to Parcel Monkey it should of cost £44. I paid £123 in total and Parcel Monkey/ParcelForce couldnt care less, they take your money out of your account without warning. I did wonder why they stopped using Paypal now i know why, you cant get your back from these crooks.

So bad , they charged me twice ! They said the parcels were too heavy , but they didn’t point it out when they collected the items . Only charged me after the items delivered .

Using the online instructions were easy to follow and the necessary paper work was quick to be sent. Delighted at the speed of delivery and the whole experience.

Always offer the cheapest options I can find, the one time I had to ask them for help (Problem entirely out of their control) they went above and beyond and were extremely helpful. Well deserved 5 stars from me

You listed Fed-EX Priority service but were still waiting (10 days later). Fed Ex should be removed for the companies you partner with as they are useless.

The original price quoted, was half the price I had to to pay then I also had no option to pick up. So false advertising! Will shop around next time not impressed

Never sent a parcel to Australia before. Instructions were easy to follow and complete. Working out the cost of the parcel was easy and thought the cost was reasonable.
Once posted the tracking was useful and up to date . Will definitely use again

I sent this package to my daughter on 23/10/23 and it hasn’t arrived yet. It was excess baggage and I am actually here at her home 4/11/23 and it hasn’t arrived. Would appreciate some assistance as to where package is please. I’ve always used this company and the last package only took 4 days.

Worst delivery company, they lost my parcel!!!! I ordered a delivery through UPS with them, from the UK to Spain and the parcel has been lost. I first contacted UPS because they were the ones in charge of the delivery, but theyve lost track of where the parcel is and told me to talk with their contractor, which is Parcel Monkey. When trying to talk to Parcel Monkey, all they keep doing is asking me for the invoices of the items in my parcel, as well as the proof of payment, which is absolutely stupid, considering Ive had some of those items for years and its impossible to have those invoices anymore!! It looks like theyre actually trying to not reimburse me for their mistake and they dont even care about it!!! Instead of providing a solution to the problem, they keep trying to make it worse by being absolutely inefficient and unhelpful!!!! Actually THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Paid for an international priority delivery, I did my part dropped it off at the collection point and 2 weeks later it still has not been collected. The parcel was urgent and needed to arrive within a few days hence the reason for paying for priority, and instead a valuable item of mine is now sat at a drop off point, no ones coming to collect it and I have essentially lost it. Ive got in touch with FedEx who explained that the issue of the lack of collection is because ParcelMonkey failed to organise someone to come and collect it. I have got in touch about this and instead I have been ignored by them. Absolutely rubbish and appalling customer service. Just disgraceful.

Since this service required me to drop the parcel off at the post office (for Parcelforce to collect), it would be helpful to know the cutoff time for same day despatch. That would have made it 5*

Awful….. I had the right weight and dimension and now they want to charge additional money for a parcel I sent. They also delivered it later then expected and promised compensation which they didn’t.i paid 24 hour service and they delivered after 48 hours due to leaving the parcel at the sorting depot. So a bunch of crooks. Will never use again.

Parcel Force completely lost a parcel one of two in a consignment to the same location. It took them a month to agree it was lost. Parcel Monkey just hide behind the fact it was the supplier not them but they sell and supply the service. Customer service useless. Took out extra insurance and they won’t pay out in full. This was a product in two parts one is useless without the other. It was for a launch of a new product and was a made to order item half of it is of no use to the customer. You can’t talk to anybody only through a chat room, they constantly act dumb and prevaricate. If your delivery counts use someone else or prepare for a world of pain. eg they asked for a copy of the invoice to our customer as some sort of proof of value whom obviously we couldn’t invoice!
