Wish I could rate 0 !! Awful service, paid for collection Monday, parcel force didn’t arrive, spoke on chat to this company who rescheduled till Tuesday, Tuesday they didn’t turn up, was told they had attended when I was home all day and Have cctv to prove they didn’t, again the said they’d reschedule till Wednesday, ensured that it would be collected.sat at home all day and nothing, contacted them to be told tracking says it’s been picked up, funny that as it’s sitting here with me! Utter lies from start to finish !! They aren’t bothered can I prove I still have it,send a pic again they will reschedule ! What’s the point they aren’t going to turn up again !! Demanded a refund and will report to my bank tomorrow as this company are definitely running fraudulent activity !! Do yourselves a favour and don’t use them ! It’s not worth the stress !!

Two expensive. And I used the weight on the parcel when it was sent and them they changed it snd charged me 3 pound more. Wouldn’t use them again.

Useless company. Despite waiting for a month, my package was eventually sent back to me, broken and with holes (you could see the content inside). Unfortunately, not only was there no refund issued but also the lack of communication on their part was frustrating and unprofessional.

Provided a great service from booking the parcel and printing the customs forms for delivery to Australia. I use Parcel Monkey every year leading up to Christmas to send British goodies and treats to my Daughter and her family.

Parcel monkey made it really easy to find the best courier to send my parcel overseas. There were a few issues with filling in the online form and had to redo it twice before it accepted the international address but once it was done the process was easy. Was really happy when my daughter texted to say the parcel had arrived within days of sending. Will use again.

Heavy box collected with fragile item from Lowestoft and delivered in Scotland (near Aberdeen) a few days later. I had written This side up on the box, but this was not always obeyed, as there was slight damage to the item. However the price was very good for delivery and the customer had a spare part, so was not unhappy.

I booked a Fedex through them. I booked an urgent 1-3 day international service but the drop stores would not accept it. I went to several of them yesterday and than today but no one would accept. In their own booking process, Parcel Monkey did not enable Electronic Trade Documents. Fedex confirmed this should have been done by the consigner which is them. I messaged them to which they threw generic message at me and said they will refund. I messaged them again after i spoke to Fedex about the Electronic Trade Documents. No reply for hours so I contacted fedex and they booked a pickup. Still no reply from these guys. Eventually Fedex collected parcel. Ten mins later Parcel Monkey rather than reply to my messages just messaged to say they have cancelled. I have a very important legal document due in court which is sitting somewhere with Fedex with the tracking showing as cancelled. I have since then asked for contact for their complaints team as well as their customer service director and they constantly ignore the message. I have contacted Fedex who called me back from their backoffice and explained that Parcel Monkey needs to call them and they will then immediately get this sent out. Parcel Monkey after countless requests have said they only communicate through a messaging system. They have failed to provide any details for management for the matter to be taken to. They have failed to get it resolved and show complete lack of responsibility on the matter. The document was an affidavit a solicitor was paid to prepare and take to a very elderly relative to get signed and notarised and than physically dropped off to me from 2 hours away. Parcel Monkey have absolutely no morals, shame or sense of customer service.

A painful experience! A package was picked up nearly five weeks ago to be delivered to Belgium (2-3 day service) No one can say whats happening, Parcel Monkey simply pass the buck by saying they are waiting for an update from the courier. No escalation process. Nothing beyond another email into the abyss where no one is accountable for resolving the issue. I have been chasing for two weeks for an answer, one never comes. The measure of a company is how they respond when things dont go to plan. Parcel Monkey have proved they are just as lame as every other courier who treats their clients like an order number
