We use parcel monkey to send Christmas parcels to our family in Australia and have done for the last 4 years. They are consistently excellent - the website is easy to navigate, the package is collected on time and you can track its journey along the way. Wouldnt use anyone else ????. Thank you

The driver said he went to another courier but no one was there to collect which was a lie he never left a card to say hed been. The lady stayed in all day waiting for him so I paid again for collection with DX

First time I’ve used this for a parcel to the Far East. It was collected promptly and delivered very quickly. My only criticism is that I had to wait in all day for collection. It would have been helpful to know if it would be collected in the morning or afternoon.

Sent a parcel from england to romania .item turned up with two holes in the WOOD box item was broken ..I paid extra insurance NOW they are trying everything not to refund.. DONT USE PARCEL MONKEY CHEAP **** SERVICE RUN BY MONYEYS

Basically, three days in a row the courier did not collect the parcel. During the afternoon on the second day, I even asked Parcel Monkey to confirm the courier would turn up, and their customer services used their standard template, ‘it will be collected by 6 pm’. They didn’t follow up with the courier and have no customer awareness, as they would have been on the courier during the third day to pick it up.

Had a major problem earlier this week. Dropped a review here on Trustpilot. They replied all concerned" saying they would contact me ( they havent ) or I could contact them using a link ( this just put me back on their chat bot) which knew nothing of my old problem. I am now thinking they have no real people in this website.

I had it very easy but things became funny after the parcel was picked up on Monday by UPS. I tracked and understood it was to be delivered the next day only for the update to show it had been redirected. I had no idea what this meant and called UPS. The agent got me very worried when he told me the parcel was taken to a wrong hub and had no idea when it would be delivered! This was because parcel was a return that had to be done within a timeline. Thankfully, it was delivered two days after on Friday.

Should have been 48 hour delivery, we are now 5 days in and parcel still not delivered. I sent an email to parcel force after 4 days and they have not replied. Terrible service, no communication, do not use them, I will certainly use another company.

Failed to deliver my parcel , returned it and then refused a refund. To cap that I was charged £22 three days later because my undelivered parcel was under weight?? Re sent using UPS and the same parcel arrived in the USA safely three days later. Hugely disapointed with Parcel Monkey.

After adequate measurement of the parcel, at the point of collection, you should have tried measure and confirm that what was submitted was in order. You just went ahead to debit another £6.71 and also collected 65$ Canadian dollar at delivery. There is no transparency in your transaction and it’s quite a shame.

I put an Amazon label on the parcel. The driver said, rightly, that he couldnt take it. I got your label but was unable to use your Web site to rearrange a collection. After many tries, I gave up and sent it by Royal Mail. Please refund me and notify me when its done. Mr.Roger Bruce Holmes
