Parcel Force completely lost a parcel one of two in a consignment to the same location. It took them a month to agree it was lost. Parcel Monkey just hide behind the fact it was the supplier not them but they sell and supply the service. Customer service useless. Took out extra insurance and they won’t pay out in full. This was a product in two parts one is useless without the other. It was for a launch of a new product and was a made to order item half of it is of no use to the customer. You can’t talk to anybody only through a chat room, they constantly act dumb and prevaricate. If your delivery counts use someone else or prepare for a world of pain. eg they asked for a copy of the invoice to our customer as some sort of proof of value whom obviously we couldn’t invoice!

Very Happy with the service provided! I was using this site for the first time and was cautious but in the end I am very happy with the service. Excellent comparison and choices for parcel sending to my destination. will use it again and definitely will recommend it to my friends and relatives.

Ok, so it is a year since my last review on this company. I booked a delivery of two parcels on two different dates at the beginning of October. Both going from Stoke On Trent to an address in Oldham, they cost £10.44 each, which is fine. They was booked in to go with Parcel force, which is part of Royal Mail. This was because the gentleman who they was being sent to asked for Royal Mail. Had not had problems in the past. So we did this. On November 1st I received 2 separate emails from this company , stating that both parcels had been returned. When I looked at info it stated that addressee had refused parcel. Now i got in touch with our customer and he said he had never received or seen these parcels, plus he had others missing. So I believe the courier knocked on door, could not be bothered to wait for answer, and decided say they had been refused. Our customer is an elderly gentleman, in fact he is 90 years old, and so cannot move has quick as some. Now my problem is that the parcels where not returned to sender, like what most couriers do, but sent to SOUTHAMPTON. So now I have been told I have 3 options. 1. To collect from Southampton. 2. Pay for them to be sent back to us . 3. they will destroy parcels. I contacted my customer and explained what they said, so of course he said to pay. The exact cost of getting these two parcels back is £20.63 each, So infact the full amount this company has had for two parcels is £62.14 , and the parcels still need to be sent again, so even more money on top. I cannot charge this person again so I will pay out of my own pocket, BUT IT WILL NOT BE WITH THIS COMPAY. I DO NOT BELIEVE THEY DESTROY THE PARCELS, MORE LIKE TAKE THEM HOME. WHO GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO DO THIS???? I now have to tell this gentleman that he owes us £40 plus , and i want to cry. THIS COMPANY HAS NO MORALS WHATSO EVER. AND I KNOW THEY WILL NOT REPLY TO THIS REVIEW I DO HAVE ALL SCREEN SHOTS OF THE CHARGES YOU HAVE SENT.

Additional courier charge of £76.60 on top of £11.99 without authorisation , although I did use the weight which was quoted on the Amazon product website. Ridiculous price to charge but now being disputed through debit card chargeback

Very apprehensive about arranging a collection through Parcel Monkey, but we had no need to be worried. The instructions were simple for us to understand, and the cost was very reasonable. It was collected on time, as promised, and delivered back to Amazon. Would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you.

The worst company I use . They Charge me extra 76.70£ for 10cm more parcel size , for Parcel 15kg which I paid 39,40 £ also very expensive never again I will use this service . They took money from my accound for extra charge Without my permission !!!! Avoid

The parcel was a birthday gift and was meant to arrive on certain date. I have chosen Parcel Monkey, because they were promising the delivery on that specific date. Well, they havent. Not only they havent (it have been ver week now), but they did not let us know anything at all and we had to search and chase ourselves.

Easy to use, reasonably priced but as yet I have not received my package. This may be due to it being held at customs awaiting payment which has been done but still awaiting delivery.

I was so disappointed with this company I sold a pushchair for 80 pounds I was really carful wrapping and mesuring and weighing got lots of quota all for around 20 pounds ! I Sent it through parcel monkey on the for 20 pound’s but a ,couple of days later I get an email to say it’s was heavier then I had declared so they had charged me 86 pounds !!!!!!! Which had already been taken from my account!! I was so disappointed and upset I felt robbed !!!! I emailed the company they didn’t want to know or help at all I was left feeling frustrated upset and robbed !!!
