I’d never heard of Parcel Monkey ahead of the recommendation after a request to return an online purchase - that being a floor cleaner via Amazon. A large and heavy package, I was concerned as to how I’d manage the return … cue Parcel Monkey. Such an easy process - clear online instructions on how to; followed by a swift collection by a really friendly driver. It couldn’t have been any easier! I will most definitely turn to Parcel Monkey again, and would highly recommend this service to you all.

Never will I use parcel force again. Paid for next day pick up £26.38p and they never turned up until the day after so wasted 2 days. Contacted them only to be lied too. Asked for refund and they said they would investigate. I haven’t heard anything from them and it’s been a week.

I booked a shipment through them, when the courier came to collect it I was not given any proof of collection and the tracking never updated. Supposedly my package has just disappeared. Following over a week of trying to get them to locate it to no avail, they put another charge on my card for the shipping fee again as my package was "larger or heavier than stated". I had measured and weighed it carefully so this was impossible, but how on earth have they decided that when they dont know where it is? It is complete fraud, do not book through this company under any circumstance if you value your package or your money.

Quick and quite easy to use but I was bit confused with the number of different options and companies and not sure which would be best. However all worked well and my package was delivered.

Dropped parcel off on Wednesday at 5pm, picked up on Thursday and delivered on Friday morning at a fraction of the cost of using the post office. What’s not too like?

The site was recommended to us by the Company we were sending a large item to. It was easy to use and there were no hidden charges. The item was collected next day and delivered on time at the destination address

I shipped a coffee machine which arrived with a dented box and smashed water tank. I paid extra to insure the parcel for £150 and claimed just £33 to replace the damaged water tank and they rejected the claim saying it was improperly packed! Ridiculous given Id shipped it wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap and packed out the sturdy cardboard box with compressed paper packers. The box had clearly been dropped on its corner. This is clearly a company to avoid and their insurance product is effectively worthless if you cant claim on it. FRAUD: So despite charging extra for insurance, in their terms and conditions it explicitly states: "We do not insure the Goods, nor can we arrange insurance of the goods. Insurance of your goods will be your sole responsibility and we cannot give any advice concerning insurance." Yet I was billed for insurance on my invoice! They are literally taking money for insurance and then not insuring the goods! Thats blatant fraud and it will be reported to Trading Standards. I recommend anyone who was falsely charged for insurance or "parcel cover" from ParcelMonkey requests that they are refunded for this cover on all previous transactions unless ParcelMonkey either change their terms and conditions or provide proof of insurance through their underwriter.

Very good experience, one complaint, I booked a 48 hours service, the package was picked up early Thursday morning, but I never received it until late Monday afternoon, not good for a 48 hours service, but away from the late delivery, everything went straight forward.

System works well doing label in advance with customs documentation. Pay for the delivery then take to post office. So far all parcels have arrived in good time and undamaged.

My parcel was left unattended by courier on the door step. Checked that day to see when delivery would be I read my email that said it had been delivered. The photo showed a parcel on the doorstep. I opened the door but it wasnt there. Ive complained but had nothing back at all

Sent a parcel with Courier PARCELS via Parcelmonkey paid extra for next day delivery but did receive this service, asked for a refund of extra fee paid. But as I did not send it guaranteed next day delivery I do not qualify for refund. This is just daylight robbery ! Won’t using Parcelmonkey or Courier Parcels again.

I have sent box to Kazakhstan paid over £200. Parcel has been delivered by Courier to Kazakhstan. My experience is: parcel monkey had charged an extra 26.28 pounds. For the weight and measurements. Measurements were correct and I have paid for 25 kg. I have been told by Courier box was 19 kg. Why are you strip paid yourself from my bank account? I have sent you email no one responded. Avoid!!!!!

Booking was easy and all parcels arrived safely - bearing in mind I checked customer reviews for the various couriers, and did not go for the cheapest as I saw cause for concern.

No problems with Parcel Monkey, not impressed by Parcel Force who delivered the parcel, or to be more accurate, dumped the parcel in a Post Office, because the driver was too lazy to attempt delivery.
