Went onto parcel monkey site & got cheap price to deliver parcel, printed label & posted same day. They received it following day.. used these a few times now & will definitely use again

the app is not very good. i filled in the form. took ages. but when printed only 6 items were listed. I had to make another detailed app on another program.

Used UPS, parcel left UK and was delivered to house in Canada 3 days later!! Previously used Royal Mail, nearer 3 weeks that time and water damaged. No comparison!! UPS every time from now on.

Really impressed by the communication and parcel was so prompt being delivered. Sent Xmas pressies early to Oz as some years it’s been really slow.

Booking process was simple and website easy to navigate. However the collection didn’t happen on the day booked and was delayed by 24 hours Tracking information and accuracy received from the courier was very good. The parcel arrived in good condition

My parcel is to be send back to sender. There was no communication about the reason. We figured out that the institution I sent the parcel has recently changed their policy (1 day before it arrives to destination country) and now they do not accept post/parcel. I could have been called or emailed about the reason and if I wanted the parcel to be posted somewhere else in the destination country, rather than having it back to UK.

Everything was fine, however it was impossible to track the package via the website. I had to contact customer service to track it. it was sent internationally.

We had a parcel collected by Parcelforce on 14th November to be shipped to Australia and it was delivered on 21st November which is great service

got charged an extra £50 on to of an already expensive £25 as they said i put incorrect measurement in i posted tyres and the said the correct measurements where 3 different sizes and as far as maths go a round tyre should be the same width and length so their measurements are impossible , adding to this Pirelli actually state the size of the tyre and in there own picture of the delivered tyres you can plainly see there just wrapped in cling film , so off to citizen advice we go .

This is great company to use. its easy to use and we were kept informed throughout the process. They had no hesitation in collecting a 30kilo parcel 250 miles from my address and delivering it safely to me. The cost was very reasonable and the parcel arrived early. Will definitely recommend and will be using this company in future. Spot on thanks.

Placed a collection as a new customer. Im a business and was arranging a return from my customer. All booked through ParcelMonkey with collection and delivery arranged with UPS. The courier arrived and collected the parcel no problem, however the next day the parcel was returned by the depot manager as poorly packaged. I asked my customer to repackage with what he had available, which he did. Contacted ParcelMonkey to rearrange collection. They advised me that the delivery was now closed and if I wanted to book collection Id have to pay again. They were not interested in talking with UPS or finding out why the depot manager returned it. Slopey shoulder excuses of ParcelMonkey is just the broker, should read the T&Cs etc. For B2B this is absolutely appalling way to do business, and Id have expected UPS to have been more professional and maybe help the member of public achieve a suitable standard parcel, or do what the majority of couriers love doing now and wrap it up in that black stretchy plastic!

AVOID this company.... lied saying no one collected my parcels but luckily I had cctv to prove he did , no refund for the £100 parcel & I doubt I will get it from this company. The staff have been really unhelpful so ive had to go above them now to see if I can somehow get my money back

I sent a parcel 14 days ago from the uk to the Netherlands. I completed all the required forms and customs declaration (it was a reconditioned iPhone sent as a gift) and requested 2 day delivery! To this day, they don’t seem to know where it is, can only contact them via chat with random people /bots, and today after 14 days they’ve asked for the contact details of the recipient!! Which they should already have! This is my 6th and LAST TIME USING THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANISATION!

The price for my parcel to be collected from me & returned to the original sender was lower than other quotes & it was collected within the previously advised time slot, so that was very good.
The only mild quibble I had was that later I was asked for extra information about exactly where to leave that return parcel.
But unlike a domestic delivery, the business address was on both the returns label & on the box itself. If they needed more information, it would have been more sensible to ask the business to which it was being returned.

After the poor performance last time I used them I wasnt expecting much but they performed perfectly well this time and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Far cheaper than going direct to the companies but with the same standards
