Cheap but very bad From tuesday i. Took saturday just 7of my 8parcels.was damage.and the parcel that still miss it s the expansive..with boots shoes and laptop.

Sent a parcel to Greece on 1st April 2019 with the understanding that it would be delivered within 7-10 days. Using the tracking feature, I followed my parcel until 10th April at which point there no further updates on the tracking as to where the package was. This is when I started my conversation with customer service. I was told time and time again that they were contacting the couriers overseas to find out where the package was but I had to chase several times. I was then charged an extra £3.17 as the package was slightly over the 2kg that I had estimated using scales at home. I defy anyone to tell me they have precision scales at home to have an exact weight and when you are booking these things online, all you can do is estimate. Bear in mind that I was charged this extra despite the fact that at this juncture, my package could not even be located. Eventually around the beginning of May, I was told by my mother in Greece that the package had been delivered to another lady with the same name in a village of approximately 30 houses. Instead of taking the package to my elderly mother, this was then returned to the courier in the main town and I was told it could not be delivered due to the fact that they could not contact the recipient. I was then told it would be returned to me and that someone would contact me from the returns department, which again did not have until a few weeks later and after chasing again on my part. FINALLY, I was contacted to be told that the package was now back in the UK (2 months after it left for Greece) and that I had 3 options: either collect it in person from their depot on Southampton (I live in London), dispose of it, or pay £5 to have it returned to me! I responded by telling them in no uncertain terms that not only would I not be paying to have it returned to me but I would be expecting a full refund. The long and short of it is that the package arrived back to me last week, looking like Paddington Bear’s suitcase, covered in various labels from its epic tour of Europe some 2 months after I sent it and Parcel Monkey? They refunded me the original cost but refused to refund me the extra £3.17 due to a ‘misdeclaration’ (the connotation here being that it was a deliberate act and not a simple miscalculation). So here they are wrangling with a customer over £3.17 when they failed spectacularly to provide the basic service they promised. A joke of a company that should be avoided at all costs.

This isnt the 1st time I have used parcel monkey although it wasnt as smooth this time I was initially expecting collection on Wednesday but this never happened until the Thursday. All that being said I will continue to use the service when sending parcels as customer service is great and the prices are too. I would recommend giving them a go if sending a parcel as they have lots of options and prices to suit everyones needs.

Two missed collections and a third one arranged. No reason given as to why the parcel was not collected. Third attempt is 3 days away and I am expected to take the third day off work to wait for a driver all day. Appalling standards of service.

It was a mess. No communication at all. I paid for Courier and ended having to pay more to “ bail it” from the post office. So I feel I paid twice.

Waste of time Send two parcels this week got charged twice for first and they want proof by sending copy of bank statement, Then second parcel waited in all day no collection, re arranged waited in all day gets to 17:00 so getting a bit concerned all they could say was it will be collected by 18:00 and make sure someone is in dont go anywhere dont miss the driver, surprisingly they also close at 18:00 so cant be contacted after that, I would advise everyone to steer clear of this company and go direct to courier as they just dont care and the customer service is appalling

They are fine if you parcel gets delivered correctly - any issues however and they just dont care. If the courier doesnt deliver, then you have to pay to get them to deliver again. Said they couldnt find a building in Netherlands - I found it within 3 seconds on google maps, funnily enough on the street that was on the delivery details...

The driver in Italy said he tried to deliver the parcel but no one was ready to pick it up. This was not true as my mother was at home waiting for it. My mother had to call several times the corresponding number to re-arrange the delivery few hours later than expected.

I have sent a parcel with this sizes 35x22x11cm and I had 3 injectors in the box , I put 2 kg but actually it wasnt more than 1.5 kg and the overcharged me for the parcel because they said it was over weight and the correct weight it was actually 19 kg , how on earth can a box of 35x22x11cm have 19 kg ???????

Its very convenience and also found very good deal in sending items abroad.
I have used now few times and I will continue if in need.

Took to Post office as arranged,the parcel didnt get collected until late PM the next day.The total length of time was from Thursday until delivery on Tuesday morning. Not sure where the advertised next day delivery comes into this. Be careful if choosing this company.

Absolute thieves! Purchased a courier service from Scotland to England for an item that somebody has bought from me for a few hundred Pounds. Obviously the buyer is taking a chance paying me for such a distant purchase. This lot have not even bothered to turn up from DX Freight despite the contract being for collection today. Constant phoning and chasing from my side when I shouldnt have to! Furthermore, no apology, just nothing. DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE BECAUSE THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AND DO NOT EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO GET THEM ON. Stay well clear.

I was sending back a mobile phone. I clearly stated this at the time of making the Order. some days letter I was told that they could not deliver the mobile phone and then charge me to have it return !!!!!!!!!!!!. I contacted them and they said that I should have read the terms . I clearly stated that it was a mobile phone which making the Order, they should have declined it. Never use this service.

Parcel was delayed on Greek side of the equation. Parcel Monkey found out who the delivery agent was in Kefalonia and advised me promptly allowing me to find and retrieve my parcel. Good job!

Used PM to deliver via Parcelforce, item tracked to Sweden ok, then it disappeared RoyalmailbResolutions did what they could so did parcelforce, but as I used PM my claim had to be via them, no information on PM web site. Submitted claim with what information available why no phone number or proper form don’t think I’m going to see my £115 back but will wait and see will go direct in future.

According to the information given on Parcel Monkeys web page, the courier would deliver in 3 days. Parcel was picked up a week ago and is currently still at the delivery depot, not even out for delivery. Any company is only ever as good as the partners they chose to work with. Rating was given based on this and the misleading information we received.
