I booked a parcel consignment 8 days before the scheduled pickup date, yet no one turned up from DX Freight! Requested help from Parcel Monkey and all they would do is email the courier. They kept reminding me they were not the courier so were not responsible. After a full hour on their chat line I gave up, they could not confirm when the pallet consignment would be picked up or even if it would be picked up. Without doubt the worst courier broker service I have come across. Indeed it is not a service at all. Never again what a waste of time and just hope I get a full refund

Courier Courier never turned up to collect the parcel - I was told by Parcel Monkey when they eventually responded to be patient!! Still waiting for an update

Very good service. Service chosen took about same length time (or day less) than Royal Mail, but half the price. All good, delivered to my son in madrid in morning, so he was able to receive it. Not sure where he would have had to collect though, had he not been in. Would use again!

YOU ALL NEED TO REPORT THIS BUSINESS AS THEY ARE THIEVES. THEY TAKE MONEY, DO NOT COLLECT ITEMS AND DO NOT REFUND. I have just reported via CAB to Trading Standards. If they get enough people they will tackle them so do it now. Then I am reporting their theft to Police Scotland.

Very disappointed to find out that one parcel returned just because was a kg over and i could have just paid the charge for the kg extra, never happed to me with other providers. Will never use parcel monkey again

The total cost Parcel Monkey quoted - to send a 14kg parcel to Canada - 7day global delivery service - was far cheaper than any other I could find. Quarter of the price quoted by Royal Mail directly. Very happy with this service and definitely use again for eBay business

I paid for a 2 days delivery (from London to Paris) and package arrive after 6 days... Customer service did not contact DPD courier in order to deliver the package on time. If someone is ready this review, please go and order your collection with DPD directly instead of Parcel Monkey. A member of parcel Monkey was giving me wrong information, regarding the customs between 2 European countries.

Usually okay but this time UPS didn’t pick up the parcel even though the porch was open and it was there. I complained didn’t hear anything back. I’m later told UPS tried at 19:12 to pick it up but you weren’t home! Rubbish as I was home, it still was in the porch, they could have rung the bell or called me. It more gets me that parcel monkey haven’t called or emailed to even apologise. As a business owner this impacts me a lot! Until they have better accountability with their suppliers and learn to communicate don’t use them! It’s not worth the risk!

Truly dire. On multiple occasions now, collections simply havent happened. No explanations offered as to why; instead, just offers of rescheduling.

I have used parcel monkey serval times and a a few of these occasions they have not informed the chosen courier of the collection. Even when I have been told by parcel monkey that they have. I have had to chase the courier companies my self who have confirmed that they have revived no information from Parcel Monkey. This has left my clients very upset who have expected to receive their deliveries on specific dates.

Over 10,500 miles for our parcel to travel and it arrived safely and on time! (If the booking form had allowed "forward slashes", the courier wouldnt have had to make contact with us while it was on route).
