I sent 7 parcels 1 of them still didnt arrived and I got an email saying the adress is not correct please contact Fedex yourself... Well first the adress is correct so you perhaps should check if the others parcels had been delivered or not and then as I am paying you, you should call me and then you try to contact and deal with Fedex over the phone as I lost 30mins trying to reach them at the correct service (by the way 0.15 cents per minute). And also the first 4 parcels arrived in poor conditions, all openned, well obviously had been handled with no care at all. I used you services hoping you choose the most careful and serious delivery services regarding your experience and if i have a problem i can easily chat directly with you... But no, unfortunately just an other middle mam company trying to make a profit.

The documents should have been hand delivered on the 14th June in Alberton,South Africa and it was not done. No one has contacted the person who is waiting for them to let know of the delay. Parcel Monkey should be keeping track of this delivery.

Parcel Monkey lost my parcel, after 6 months and numerous hours of going back and forth with a faceless and voiceless support service they offer me a settlement of a disgusting £100. Value of the content of my parcel is around the £500 mark excluding the service fee. And get this they wont even refund the booking fee after apologizing a dozen times and admitted it was their fault. Thieves, for anyone out there thinking of making use of Parcel Monkey, please reconsider. The service is cheap for a reason. If you want your parcel to be safe, rather spend a few more quid with a respectable service provider

Dont Send through Parcel Monkey, My parcel has been damaged for £225 and I have paid for full cover and they didnt refund me didnt, I have lost my Parcel, My money and my postage cost. they lies, a lot of silly excuse. Dont use Parcel Monkey, another courier and UPS is Best

I used Parcel Monkey to send a bike part that someone had bought from me. The buyer has contacted me complaining that the part is bent and now totally unusable. He also sent a few photo which confirmed the state of the item and also included photos of the box which was in poor condition. Considering it was only a 7kg package and the courier managed to bend an aliminium tube I can only assume the parcel was thrown into something or dropped from a fair height...i can now only hope theyre reasonable with their claims.

Avoid at all costs! Waited in for three days for my package to be collected after being sent texts to say they were collecting. Had to end up sending my package via another source so paid double! What makes it worse is that you can’t contact anyone via telephone! I sent emails but nobody bothered to get back to me! It was a VERY FRUSTRATING TIME!!

Did as said, picked up on the day, delivered on the day said. No complains. Easy way to get parcels sorted size and weight and youre done. No need to compare other companies as they are listed for you.

AVOID AVOID AVOID I have rated them as one star, simply because there is no lower rating possible. Useless, inept, incompetent and frankly disinterested. If you must use this cowboy outfit, then use them for comparing prices but then deal with your chosen courier direct. Dealing with a lost parcel through this disinterested outfit is a recipe for disaster and a direct route to a stress induced stroke. Dont use DPD either. Theyre an even worse waste of oxygen. They refused to engage with me (the contract was with Parcel MANKEY) even after an email to their CEO. Here is a time line of my parcel: Date & Time Location Description 14 Jun 2019 12:16 Australia Confirmed at Depot 13 Jun 2019 20:30 Australia Customs Cleared 13 Jun 2019 11:29 Australia Received, not manifested (overage) 12 Jun 2019 14:47 Australia Received, not manifested (overage) 12 Jun 2019 09:21 Australia Parcel lost 24 May 2019 21:30 Australia Held by Depot - Awaiting Customer Collection 24 May 2019 21:30 Australia Held by Depot 23 May 2019 09:22 Australia Customs Cleared Why did it clear customs twice? Why has it taken three weeks to be logged at their local delivery depot? Questions asked, but not answered except for the cut and paste platitudes. This delay has been VERY expensive in penalty fees to me personally. I urge you to avoid this company (and DPD) at all costs.

Paid for ParcelForce Express 48, which is guaranteed within 48 hrs to mainland UK. The parcel was delivered on the 3rd day so I requested some compensation. Support advised me that unless it took more than 5 days they would not offer any refund. ParcelForce offer 25% refund if the delivery is late, but ParcelMonkey are unwilling to pursue this. So they are telling me that a 48hr/2 day service is actually only a 5 day service if I buy from them, useless.

Collected by Parcelforce and delivered after 8 days. Sadly there were damages caused to the contents and you can see where the box was dropped on it’s corner. Very difficult to get in touch with Parcelmonkey to resolve the issue.

Yet again Parcel Monkey have the worst communication from them to the courier. Only use this service if you are dropping off yourself, because they cant organise a thing. Placed an order for 9 parcels for £78.75 (Keep in mind weve spent around £1,000 with Parcel Monkey in the last year and have had multiple issues) Courier get to us and tell us theyve only been told to collect one item. He is the only driver in our area and says in no uncertain terms that he isnt collecting the 8 other packages and we would have to re-book with parcel monkey for Monday...3 days time. Parcel Monkey just say to wait until 6pm for collection as thats what its booked in for. This wont be collected.... the same happened with our last order and it took well over a week for someone to FINALLY collect. Stupidly I tried to use this service again, but I will now be using another courier, Courier direct or Hermes. At least they have humans to interact with on the phone if something goes wrong. Terrible, absolutely terrible.
