Easiest way to send parcels. Pricing is much better using Parcel Monkey UK - than bring to do it yourself. I find Parcelforce convenient as the Post Office is very close by.

Sent a parcel to Australia and after it was delivered, I got an email to say that the weight was incorrect. I sent an email to ask why it had taken so long to let me know and I am still waiting for a reply. Not impressed by this rude behaviour

Very bad service. I was waiting for the driver all day long on Monday 20 the of May.The front doors bell didnt work,but the door was open,and I was in the apartment waiting for. I cancelled my work for it.I called to make a new arrangement in the afternoon around 2:30 p.m,no one came.I called again to arrange for today Thursday 23rd of May.Im not living in that apartment anymore, so my landladys daughter was waiting for the driver as well, but again no one came to pick up my 5 parcels.So, I have to change the address to 65 Willesden Lane,its a laundrette business.Its open from 8 a.m to 8 pm.I would like somebody come as soon as possible to send them to Spain. Tomorrow morning would be possible?.

Not a good experience at all! Parcelmonkey did not forward my collection instructions to the courier and the courier could not open the gate and collect the parcel! Tried to call them - Parcelmonkey don’t have a customer telephone number! Wrote to them - no reply! Went directly to Parcel Force - they sorted it all out for me. Why didn’t I go directly to Parcel Force????

The parcel was delivered very late. It was held at a depot for days and not sent out for delivery. The help from Parcel Monkey was worse than useless. Wrong information was constantly given. In the end, I had to contact the depot myself to demand delivery. Parcel Monkey advises customers not to contact the contractors directly, but this was the only way to obtain action. 1 of the items was also badly damaged and that parcel had obviously been mishandled.

I use parcel monkey frequently to send parcels abroad. Recently they aren’t being collected and it says dispatched on tracking. There is no follow up or automatic recollection the next day

Excellent service, 2 parcels sent, 1 delivered within 6 days, 2nd one went missing for a while but once I contacted customer services it was found and delivered within a day.
