Ive had the WORST EXPERIENCE ever with this company. My overseas parcel was collected but never sent on. Courier (the courier they used) proved they had sent the package back to the Parcel Monkey Depot for them to return it to me (signed for by M Roberts & have proof of this). However Parcel Monkey keep giving me contradictory responses. Awful customer service! Still no package, I just want my parcel back, with a tracking number & return date & Im owed a refund #6114445 PM7374408

Communication is appalling. Online system doesnt respond to queries- the staff just churn out automated-style sentences that offer no solutions. There is no phone number and no complaints procedure. The only help is the online chat. Useless. I filled in all the requested documentation and attached it all to the parcel. I was told it would be 5 days until it reached its destination. But no. Once collected, suddenly there was a need for more paperwork. ...Documents that had to be uploaded in a certain format...formats that were declined as unacceptable when I tried to upload them... documents that changed after Id submitted them- suddenly a new version was required (but I was provided with an old version to complete...again). This farce has continued for a month. And now they are claiming that because I havent provided the form they requested in the format they want (I have sent it to them in every format known to man- doc docx xls txt jpg png pdf) that they are going to be forced to return it to me. I will be charged for this return, of course. They attempt to blame the courier- so I have contacted the courier directly for support. The courier were lovely, but they had not heard of me or my parcel and the issue I was telling them about was nothing to do with them. If special forms are required, why do Parcel Monkey not provide all of these at the time of purchase. I had to download 3 labels to go on my parcel in various wallets- another would have made no difference at that point in time. But waiting until they have the parcel in some depot at the other end of the country and demanding documentation it is impossible to provide is just insanity. I repeatedly asked them for a workaround to help me provide them with the info they needed, but I only got bog standard replies back which offered zero assistance. My parcel still hasnt made it to its destination 1 month on. I dont know if it ever will.

This was excellent service, i had previously tried with other parcel carriers and found it all to difficult. Parcel Monkey was the clearest and easiest application to use and my parcel was international. They collected when they said they would and delivered when they said they would. I could track the parcel all the way. I will definately use this service again without hesitation. Great service and extremely competative, best price i could find. I would definately recommend Parcel Monkey. Many thanks guys

I arranged a next day pick-up through Parcel Monkey with Courier ... it took THREE days before the parcel was collected and there was no contact number available to speak about the problem. Courier sent me an email to track the parcel that hadnt been collected. So we werent best pleased with the service :-(

The company only interacts with Parcelforce via Emails. Therefore any issues you get via Parcelforce are dealt with in a very lack lustre way. For what its worth, its probably best paying Parcelforce the extra pennies so you can deal with the problems regarding your package directly.

Parcelmonkey is the cheapest Postal service I have found. They are very reliable and had my parcel in Australia within a week. I wont use anyone else for the speed and price of shipping overseas.

Ordered a next day collection and delivery 29th May. The DX Freight delivery driver arrived 30th May but couldnt pick them up as they needed a 2 man van. My partner ,who had taken day off work could not help lift them. We were told we would be called for re collection/delivery. We were not called. Numerous messages to Parcel Monkey help agents and the re collection was booked for 4th June. I also got a call from someone at DX saying they dont do two person vans and I had to help the guy lift the packages ....why is the service being offered for heavy goods if they cant handle them? The tracking number has never worked and after numerous messages to numerous parcel monkey help agents the package has been delivered on 12th June. Not that the Parcel Monkey agents were aware of this. I have tried to claim a refund but the refund form i have been sent is not relevant as it is for a missing item. Now the Parcel Monkey agents are not responding to me. A really disappointing experience.

DO NOT USE !!! Charged me twice, still awaiting a refund after almost a month, no confirmation Im going to get this, which is almost £50!! You cant get in touch with anyone and their online chat facility is awful!! No one gets back in touch, I have been waiting approx. 1 week between responses!!! and the responses are by multiple people, clearly no ownership taken when dealing with customers. I cant tell you enough how much to avoid!!

Useless. Ordered for a next day service on a wednesday, parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It never arrived, no calling card left. Delivery was re-arranged to be collected from a pick up shop on the Sunday. It never arrived, was told to pick it up on the Monday after 10am. Its after 10am and no parcel. Customer service was of no help and just kept repeating the same incorrect information. That the parcel was ready and providing a link to a "pick up pass" that was not there. Customer service refused to listen to any of my concerns. Avoid like the plague.

In case of a missed collection, they should make it easier for people to set up a new collection date. I only found how to do that by mistake...

For every other courier service we have ever used, an undelivered item will be held somewhere for the recipient to pick up or dropped with a neighbour. Parcel Monkey took a Sevenoaks-London item to Southampton and expected us to pay for it to be returned/redelivered or for us to drive 100 miles to pick it up! Terrible service.
