Unacceptable customer service. No definition where the parcel is despite with tracking number. False promises regarding when delivered as it is estinate duration when received. No refund

My consignment of 3 boxes were collected 1 day late on the 16 th April from Belfast for a 2 day delivery to Bordeaux. FIVE WEEKS later and 2 boxes had to be collected from the Bordeaux depot of DPD. The contents were severely damaged. The third box was allegedly lost and has now been returned to who knows where. I have been in constant touch to track the consignment and every time I have had a different responder, often never checking the thread to establish the current situation. I have asked to speak to a person but this has been refused every time. I am now being asked to choose from having the third box returned to BELFAST at additional expense. SOUTHAMPTON ! (so convenient from Belfast ) or have it destroyed. One star is one too many !!

The service was poor, I booked a collection which never happened on that day, The next day I had to spend nearly 1 hour on the phone with Parcelforce to see what happened, and collection didnt happen the next day either. It was the third day after the initial one that I arranged to be collected Monday after the weekend. People on the phone in Parcel monkey, were very unhelpful . Generally they didnt deliver what I paid for, I had to sort it out myself.

Had to return a rather large parcel to Amazon that I couldnt drop off to post office (no car). Amazon rep suggested Parcel Monkey.
It took 2 minutes to measure & order a collection by Parcel Force. I confirmed the pickup at 10am and the parcelforce lad was outside the office at 11am the same day.
Easy hassle-free service. Will be using again in the future.

Easy to choose the service on their web site. Saved money over booking direct. Delivery was flawless (DHL). Overall a very worthwhile service.

Easy to book and print appropriate labels and good advice on packing. Picked up on time by courier and good online tracking (to Australia). They wouldnt insure as it was a guitar (you only discover that once you are well into the ordering process) but took the risk and arrived safely withing the 4-5 days advertised. Recommended.

Parcel Monkey are without a doubt one of the worst companies I have had to deal with. Your contract is with Parcel Monkey and even though the senders name and address appear on the label this is substituted in the background, completely hidden. If the parcel is returned it goes to Parcel Monkey in Southampton where you can go and collect it, pay to get it back or have it destroyed. Parcel Monkey support is totally useless and they WILL NOT contact the couriers to find out why a delivery was not attempted and no cards left at the address. The terms and conditions forbid you from contacting the courier and even if you try, they just point you back to Parcel Monkey. I will never be using them again. It is fine if everything is okay but once there is a problem you are totally helpless.

Excellent service. You provided me with several quotes. I selected parcel force and they collected my parcel on time. I would recommend Parcel Monkey and use them again myself.

It was Friday afternoon and I was desperate to get a document to Spain for Tuesday. Parcel Monkey said it could do this and that it could do pick ups on Saturday. The document eventually got there on Thursday. While I appreciate that it is not be completely down to Parcel Monkey, but rather the companies they use, I chose and paid for 2 days for delivery and was sorely disappointed.

Been using parcel monkey for a few years. Recently sent an ebay item to France, took images on my kitchen scale. They came back with another charge saying it was 4Kg (PM7272093). In the same month I was already having trouble with them as a buyer paid for next day delivery. I was quoted Courier, collected Friday, delivered Monday. Buyer asked for refund and I was left holding the monkey, out of pocket. Told none of their next day services deliver on Saturday unless you pay extra for it (PM7284696). So that lead on to me not using ParcelMonkey in future but I had a problem, they had recorded by CC on file. No way from control panel to remove, this has to be a GDPR issue. Told only way to stop people sending stuff in my account was to have it removed or update the card details with another card (I dont have one). Opted for account remove. There are a ton of other cheap parcel people all doing the same thing why give these guys your money?

A parcel has been missing for a month and half. It has been a slow painful process to get any information to find out where the parcel is. Parcel monkey advised it was under investigation but did not respond for 2 weeks when I had to go back to them. After advising I would be contacted within the day, no one responded. I have now had to take it to the next level and make an insurance claim for them. Im hoping this is a quicker process and we will get a satisfactory outcome promptly

DHL did not collect on the day promised with no explanation. They did collect the next day. Poor communication.
However, our overall experience with Parcel Monkey is excellent.

This company can not be trusted with your parcel, Go directly through the crourier. Parcelforce lost my delivery and agreed to this in December, 6 months later after constantly trying to get information with no actual method of contact with parcel monkey (live chat with bots) they have closed my claim as unsuccessful with no reason given. even when the crourier admits liability. I am not the only person to experience this treatment and to be pushed aside with no options to contact parcel monkey
