Useless customer service. Pathetic. Do not use.

DHL CHARGED SOME AMOUNT AS WELL. There was a hidden charge which until now I dont know what it was all about. Apart from customs which was said before but DHL charged some unexplainable amount and they couldnt find Airway bill from Friday until today. So the parcel will be delivered at home address tomorrow, they said. And also when asked about the charge they said it pops up as an extra charge which they think it could be for DHL. AT LEAST WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THIS WILL HAPPEN IN ORDER TO GET READY FOR SUCH THINGS. Any ways its an experience but the service us good and will do it again

this company is the worst company in the whole world sent a parcel to germany they didnt deliver to house sent to a depot then after a week of getting know where with them I contacted DPD who I thought was the courier to be told it had been recalled then got told it was coming back to me but it went to them at Southampton and I got to wait for them to sort it out you only get generic answers to any question either on message or live chat they dont care even email I sent to claim money back has not sent response to me DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The worst customer service you can expect in the world, these people take your money and then you are on your own, if courier doesnt turn up for collection or your parcel gets lost you can bark on your own all day long as no one will answer your query, no phone number to call, their chat is selective so if you are to send with them they will answer, if you want to make a claim you are ignored, you will never get your money back whether you pay full insurance or you dont. I learnt my lesson now!

Sending ONE A4 letter to Iran - guaranteed 2-3 days delivery at a charge of FIFTY FIVE POUNDS - Parcel Monkey then use Norsk-Global who in turn use Courier. 10 whole days after collection and letter is still in UK - so guarantee of delivery for FIFTY FIVE POUNDS untrue - post office at normal rate would have been much faster. Apparently Parcel Monkey have really out of date Sanctions Warranty paperwork - who despite being told numerous times to update have not done so - each time the letter arrives at Heathrow -- gets rejected by Courier until another round of updated paperwork is attached - although why this cant be all checked off by Norsk in the first place is beyond me - also impossible to get through to Parcel Monkey on the phone. If you are in the business of posting letters and parcels - then up to date paperwork should be a given - especially when your postal partners keep telling you to update your system - FIFTY FIVE POUNDS for one A4 letter simply wasted - just to finish - nobody contacted me about the issues - only when i started to try and track did these issues come to light !

Everything is very good .
Until you need to amend anything.
Then communications get a bit shake.
I yried to changet a collection date after booking and it never got through.
I did it a second time and it did as fare as I could tell .
Ther was no confirmation of my change.
And not even a recipe to say I had contacted you .was it on a weekend possibly.
I lost confidence at that point.

Driver didt collect item on day I paid for. No note left. I waited in all day nothing!! Had to rebook for the next day and wait all day again for the driver to admit he didnt come the day before

Parcel Monkey are a broker and as such take absolutely no responsibility for ensuring your parcel arrives or provide you with correct instructions for all the documentation or wording required when shipping items abroad. They do not provide insurance for ‘personal effects’ and I have discovered why. It is because they have no intention of completing the delivery. I have posted much needed items to my daughter who is backpacking in abroad and the goods are being held in customs and parcel monkeys chosen courier is now trying to charge me an additional $256 to get them in their way. Promised deliver 4-5 days already been 2 weeks and no sight of them. Parcel Minkey will not help or speak to you. I would avoid this method of transporting anything along with Courier who are even more appalling to deal with. So misleading, they may be good with local deliveries but do not send abroad with parcel monkey. You or your recipient will never see your goods again without a lot of hassle and a huge bill. So upset about the whole experience and still ongoing, no thanks to parcel mionkey.

This isnt the first time I have used Parcel Monkey and it definitely wont be the last. Everything runs so smoothly from finding the right carrier for my goods, to booking, then tracking and finally the delivery.

Was great that you helped find a delivery service. However, what let down the service, was on parcel monkey documentation it was collection Monday and delivery Tuesday. But on the delivery service paperwork it was pick up Tuesday and delivery Wednesday Wasted a whole day waiting for pick up.

Don’t pay for insurance. When your parcel gets trashed they say it was inadequately packaged without even bothering to inspect it. Then they offer you a goodwill payment of half the claimed amount. Ripoff merchants.
