The worker came to pick up my parcel on time and was nice but the delivery to the new city was not okay. I have received the parcels with some damages.

Can track parcel but everything was bad experience sent parcel but was sent back to sender. No email no customer quality would not recommend

Absolutely pathetic, I wouldnt use this for a package of any importance. I do understand that if courier doesnt collect its out of their hands, but the fact that they wont try and correct the mistakes, like a good customer orientated company would, is what convinced me to never use their services again. Fortunately there are plenty of good logistics companies around and I will be using them directly in future.

As always first class service. Loved the parcel was picked up early (9.30) and was delivered on time. I always Parcel Monkey as the service (especially when I send things to Spain) it is always delivered on time with brilliant updates. Well done

Ive had quite a few issues with Parcel Monkey in the past, their communication can be truly awful as you cant speak to a human being - dont be fooled by the chat or account messages, you are talking to a robot so be prepared for some frustration and delay.
Having said all that my recent experiences have been very good with no issues, so Im giving them 4 stars. Theres no doubt that their pricing is very competitive, particularly for overseas shipments.

booked parcel as 24 hrs service,paid for 24 hr,it was booked in the alloted time scale for accepting,but parcel was delivered on 48 hr service,so although it was delivered ok and signed for caused me some grief from my buyer who was expecting delivery saturday rather than monday! they were not happy,which made it awkward for me.

Rip off now started adding extra money after collecting the parcel of claiming not properly packed. For this month twice 9.00 each so 18.00 Beware!!!!!!!!!!!

Waited in for collection, which never came. Cannot call to talk to anyone, not even a chat line. Have to leave a message and wait for up to 3 hours. They were not interested in finding out what went wrong, just whether you want to re-book or cancel. I re-booked and again no one came. I tried for a third time, but still no one came. How many days must I wait in for collection, a prisoner in my own home? What have they done to my reputation, as my customer will blame me fr the delay. What a mug I was to even re-book once! Needless to say I changed company and had it delivered by someone else. Save yourself time and start by using a different company than this lot who couldnt care less about their customers.

Parcel Monkey is now my go-to delivery service for sending any parcels small or large to my family in France. At nearly half the post office prices, for a more enhanced service, it’s a no brainer! My most recent parcel took only 2 days to arrive and I was able to track it every step of the way. I have recommended this service to so many people since I started using Parcel Monkey about 18 months ago. Would highly recommend.

Terrible experience item was meant to be next day delivery 2 weeks later and 5 failed attempts from the courier the item arrived back to myself as buyer could not take any more messing around. Arrived back damaged and torn basically said it wasn’t packaged probably and should of been in a box. A super king size mattress in a box? If it wasn’t suitabley wrapped you should never of taken it! In the end offers to reimburse my shipping fees as they broke the contract was told I would get them in 24 hours now almost 3 days later guess what not received terrible company and customer service is shocking you have lost another customer

Collection prompt and when specified and large fragile parcel comprising of a carbon fibre bicycle delivered intact with great feedback from recipient . Highly recommended service from Parcel Force booked through Parcel Monkey .

I use Parcelmonkey a lot and sent some metal wall lights recently by Parcelforce via Parcelmonkey. Great service when it works but when there is a problem their Customer Service, contact us, live chat ... all are appalling. I pack everything well to avoid any problems but sometimes it still happens.... of the 4 x wall lights, 2 were broken. I spent a week sending photos, invoice, descriptions etc. and finally they came up with aha they are antique.. not covered so no compensation. They are NOT antique as I pointed out to them straight away. I sent details of their listing description Vintage antique style. They are no more than 20-30 years old if that, just reproduction. They havent even bothered to reply and I can find no way of contesting their decision. An antique, by definition, has to be at least 100 years old. These are clearly not so my claim is valid. There is nothing in the terms and conditions to define Antiques. I sent via Parcelforce and they define Antiques as objects over 100 years old.

Parcel collected promptly from my home and delivered to customer as planned. Would defiantly choose again. Mine was a large 20 kilo parcel and the price for delivery was very reasonable.
