Posted a large parcel to the irish republc it went friday and arrived on tuesday, a really good sevice and much cheaper than all the other delivery companys i had researched, i will be using this company from now on and will be recomending to friends and family.

very poor service customer services are poor,off a two day service and nothing, all they say is we compare prices and dpd say contact parcel monkey. neither party knows whats going on as a md of company, i would say stay clear of this company.

I paid extra for next day delivery. I waited in all day as the tracking link did not work.....3 days later it arrived. I asked for a partial refund only to be told that there is small print when you sign up that absolves Parcel Monkey of any liability should the courier not deliver as expected......no point in using Parcel Monkey and will not use again!

The parcel arrived broken. That would have been ok - accidents happen after all, but Parcel Monkey will NOT refund the postage! I had to send the replacement item and pay for the couriers incompetence out of my own pocket. The parcel was insured but that doesnt matter!

Im starting to think this organization is a sham and the customer service and communication has been bad. I had requested expedited service to send a small package from the UK to Florida, USA. All the proper paperwork and labels were completed and the package was picked up on August 16th. 19 days later, no one has any information on my package. i was originally told that my package was delivered to me. As I showed that I had not received the package and asked for delivery proof then i was told my package was at one of their other facilities and they dont have more information for me yet and to be patient. After no one contacting me over 5 days I have been requesting answers and to talk to a supervisor. So far Ive received no response. I would not recommend this service.

Good idea allowing customers to drop off parcels at their Post Office this does free us up and prevents wasting a day/s with being let down, this works great and probably improves the collection service too. Not happy that all of a sudden dropping off parcels at post office is more expensive than having a collection? How does that work then?
Also quotes with parcel monkey changes hourly; e.g. sometimes we need to get a customer a precise shipping price so we check online to get it, the customer accepts the quote and we go back entering exactly the same dims and weight and the price has gone up with just an hour or two between checking and booking? This increase we have to pay not our customer who we have already quoted a price to.
Parcelmonkeys Customer Service chat has always been reliable for us with prompt responses, so although we would normally criticize a company who failed to have telephone as a point of contact they certainly have made this system work and in our experience it works very well.
The shippers we choose here are usually only Parcelforce and although over the years (we ship more than 600 parcels a year with various shippers and agents) there have been the occasional problems which depending on who we speak to can range from excellent to poor help (but thats from Parcelforce not Parcel Monkey).
I am giving 5 stars despite my queries and concerns because shipping can be stressful and time consuming and it is an industry which isnt perfect. The fact that there is a drop off at post office option is great (although it should be cheaper than a collection service for obvious reasons). There can always be let downs from all of the shippers some for genuine reasons others for poor working protocol, some rarely some regularly so shipping has its problems and consideration to using a service is never perfect (thus we use several sources to ship and several regular shippers too).

What a farce! I sent a parcel on the 48 hour service, to one of the Yeoman Warders who lives in The Tower of London. I received notification that the parcel had been returned to depot as the courier had been unable to locate the delivery address, one of the best-known and most famous landmarks in the country! I then had to arrange redelivery which added another 48 hours!

I have been on a live chat for in excess of 6 hours now to complain about the service. In fact I think they have all gone home so as not to have to respond to me. I am on to my 3rd advisor, I think as they have all got fed up of me complaining. Apparently they cant refund my postage until the parcel is delivered - which may never happen. Youve got to give them credit for devising that process; if the parcel never arrives when do i get my refund? Appalling service, communication diabolical. No one seems to want to tell me why my parcel sat at thedrop off point for 6 days. When it should have been delivered to an address in Australia within 5 days or that what I thought I was paying for.

Parcel Monkey delivers again, used these guys a few times now and never had any problems.
Got a lot of kit to post out in the coming weeks and these will be the 1 choice.
