It was a simple process from start to finish, just as it should be when trying to get your parcel delivered. A quick on line form to fill in, immediately you are given a quote with the option to continue or not. Once completed theres a form to print place this on your parcel and thats it and your parcel will get picked up very next day. Perfect job done

YEA ALWAYS GOOD HOWEVER GOT A PROBLEM WITH A ORDER AS IT IS GOING TO THE NEW DELIVERY ARGOS PICK UP STORE AND MY LAST TWO ORDER,S ONE OKAY BUT THE ARGOS DELIVERY YOU SAID PROBLEM AND CAN NOT GET REPLY FROM EMAIL OR PICK UP FROM HOME CHEERS ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE THOUGH CHEERS

Ware (just outside London)to France took a week as expected. Competitive price . Usual problem that tracking ceased between arrival in France (for 3 days) until final delivery-- but that seems to be a common problem in that country?

Parcel arrived safely & on time, just wish you didnt get penalised for having no printer? could have sent parcel for £5.39 but you needed a printer, so ended up paying £11.39,if you write your own label plainly,whats the problem? but pick-up & delivery was good x

Deliveries to / from the Highlands can be problematic, but this site gave me great value options for a heavy and bulky parcel straight away. Collected next day. Recommended.

Avoid at all costs! While cheap the service is terrible. Parcel picked up days after the booked pick up, customer service team slow to respond and avoided answering my questions. Pay more and go directly to a courier. Will never use again

AVOID A collection/delivery with UKMAIL was arranged through PM last week. Confirmation was received from UKMAIL informing "Your parcel will be collected today between *** and ***"". It was not collected which meantthe parcel gathered dust over a weekend at Senders premises. On the following Monday a further message from UKMAIL was received informing "Your parcel will be collected today between *** and ***""". When this was followed up PM informed us "Unfortunately, this has not been rebook for collection today. The earliest we can rebook this is for tomorrows collection." A complete disaster. AVOID

worst customer experience EVER I never did a review before but this time I had to I never in my life encountered such a bad customer service , you get different agents responding to your email and no one has any idea of what your correspondence is about and keep asking you the same things So I had to ask for a refund as we stayed home all day long waiting for the collection that never came (I even received an email saying that they called us and we did not respond which obviously never happened) And even to get a response on my refund it took 5 days

in august of this year i placed a parcel to parcel monkey which should of arrived to cyorus in 4 days which brought the date to the 17 august 2018..the site it says it was delivered.... the parcel has not been signed for as the person whom should have gone to has not received it and since has returned home i in sured the parcel and have had no satisfactory explanation where is my parcel???

Although Parcel Monkey purport to offer the exact service commitment of their service providers at a more competitive price, the reality is somewhat different. When a parcel doesnt get delivered on time they refer you to the small print of their ts & cs where they absolve themselves of the delivery guarantees of their providers, leaving you with no formal comeback against a service level failure. In my case Parcel Force were happy to admit that they failed to delivery their 48 hour guaranteed service and had I booked directly with them, would have given me a 100% refund, but Parcel Monkey refused to acknowledge this, despite in all likelihood pocketing the full refund themselves! To add insult to injury, when they finally agreed a level of financial recompense (50%), they paid out less than agreed, citing elements of their charging structure which werent actually delivery charges, despite this not being made clear when originally transacting with them. They will not benefit from my custom again.

SCAM BEWARE. I used this company to return a shower panel. I was initially told it would be collected on Friday 1/09/18, so I booked time off work to be at home when they where supposed to collect it. no one arrive all day and I was not contacted to let me know. I couldnt book another day off work so I asked to cancel the order and they just offered me a partial refund "Dear Sir/Madam, We are pleased to offer you a refund of £43.55 for the shipment PM6623178. You have 14 days to accept this payment." are you serious? trying to charge me £10 for wasting my time.... TERRIBLE SERVICE

The actual booking in of the parcel on the Parcel Monkey website was fine, it was the carrier I had an issue. Despite me booking next day service it took them 2 days to actually collect my parcel.

A day late picking up the parcel. Used parcelmonkey on a friends recommendation but Im sticking with interparcel. Better value and more control over your consignments without a third party go-between.

Great service at fantastic prices. Only reason I dont give 5* is the prohibited items list, which cannot it seems distinguish between the various carriers lists. I often used ParcelForce via Parcel Monkey, but it wont let me send items I KNOW PF allow,
