My Parcel was stolen by Parcelmonkey…. Returned to Parcelmonkey and there is no were Parcelmonkey address sign for by some one I didnt authorise, then I contacted parcel monkey and the same answer is given constantly that some one from the return team will contact me after almost 3 weeks now there is no parcel or any contact from Parcelmonkey thieves HQ office!!! My parcel is a personalised build race FPV drone and a reward is out of £250 as the FPV world is small hopefully will find it. I have also opted for a insurance and until now I am waiting for my rights and insurance. Reported to the police, Resolver, Solicitor has been contacted but not activated yet, will call citizen advice tomorrow then in last case activate the solicitor at £150 per consultation. I have asked many times for a contact number or contact email and manager/person responsible and non was given straight away all communications stopped until I call back again or just ignored and given the same answer that some one from the return department would be calling me soon? Soo is now about 3 weeks and no call or any info?!Parcel Number: PM6628558

Unfortunately like a previous time i couldnt manage to meet the courier for the collection and i had to drop my parcel at the drop off point. This is something has to be improved, at least giving few hours window, so no one has to wait the whole day for the collection, or providing the courier telephone number. On the other hand i found extremely helpful the staff at the drop off point.

Negligence. Breach of contract. Not delivering on time. s62 Consumer Rights Act 2015 - contract terms must be fair s68 Consumer Rights Act 2015 - a consumer contract must be transparent You should be aware the consumer is able to sue Parcel Monkey for damages for distress caused by a late delivery; alternatively sue for damages for anxiety, pain and suffering. And dont be fobbed off by any statements otherwise made in their contract; they will likely be termed unfair contractual clauses. This company is unbelievable - they seek to avoid responsibility because they said I spelt PO Box incorrectly on the order screen! See below conversation: "Jessica from Parcel MonkeyMonday 17th September 2018 @ 10:16 Hi Gary, Please be advised that our site will reject your booking if you try are trying to send to PO boxes. When booking you entered P O Box which will not flag this as a PO Box due to the space between the P and the O. Kind regards, Jessica "FAO Manager. Please see your Jessicas reply below - I hope you will agree response is somewhat unprofessional and an attempt to avoid responsibility. Maybe you might like to consider expanding your rejection responses to P O too; Im sure Im not your only customer who generally includes a space between the mentioned letters. You are in breach of contract by not delivering on time: please refund my shipping fee. Ive given this two stars at the moment, but feel that that is jumping the gun a little. My parcel was dropped off at a local post office in the UK last Wednesday (September 12) and Ive checked the tracking every single day since then. Today (September 18) was the first time that any info appeared on the tracking - Ive now had a notification that it has been collected from the local post office and has now been exported. If all this had happened on the day my parcel was dropped off, I would probably expect it soon. Instead, its spent nearly a week in the UK waiting to be collected, sorted and exported. If past experience is anything to go by, the parcel will once again get stuck when it arrives in Athens and it will probably be another week after that until it arrives. Ive paid for a service that is advertised as delivery within 4 - 6 days - so far moving it from the post office where it was dropped took 6 days! The last time I used this service, the parcel took 3 weeks to arrive and Im expecting a similar experience this time. I use this service because its cheap and convenient, so as long as its not urgent, this is the easiest method of getting stuff sent to Greece.

The parcel was booked for a 3-day delivery. On day 5 of collection (business day) it was still not in the country of delivery. In all likelihood it will be 7 days before the parcel is delivered in the USA. Compared with my previous experience with Parcel Monkey, this was poor service.

We arranged delivery through you using ParcelForce - never again. The parcel was not collected, we received no notification from ParcelForce, we called and emailed them numerous times and were always just told they would pass on the message. The parcel eventually arrived at its destination over 5 days late.
