Used this service to ship a few boxes back to the States after living abroad for a year. The process was easy and so much cheaper than going through Royal Mail/USPS. Our boxes arrived to their destination within a week and it great shape. It was reassuring being able to track their progress via my account.

Paid for a parcel to be sent to Austria, they put it down as Germany and admitted that they had a systems fault. The parcel was not collected, they refused to do anything about it, and then asked me to start a new collection/delivery service to the same address. They would not offer any compensation, and in fact ignored all my emails. What a dishonest unethical company, I would never deal with them again, you do so at your own risk.

The courier didn’t ring our doorbell on the first visit so we didn’t know he’d been until finding the card, we had waited in all day. I was told I could drop the parcel to the post office, but they wouldn’t accept the parcel. I was promised the courier would collect that evening but they didn’t. They did eventually come the next day

The parcel was collected promptly, but the person collecting it dropped the heavy parcel and broke one of my flower pots in my driveway.

Terrible customer service ! Just an online chat and no phone lines to get in touch ! I sent a package ???? and I don’t know what happened to it ! The recipient confirmed the package has not arrived but the tracking reference provides that it was delivered! My package is lost and I am not able to contact anyone or speak to them ! Have to wait for slow emails and correspondence!

Great service. Always collected and delivered on time unlike parcel2go. Altho prices are not always the cheapest then other sites but for a piece if mind my no1 choice at the moment.

I entrusted my package to Parcel monkey, and the items were delivered damaged. Items were new, and Parcel monkey have refused to settle full costs of items paid for the items, despite the invoice shown to prove cost. Further more there has been no gesture of goodwill to reimburse carriage costs given the issues they have caused me. Trying to claim from them is a NIGHTMARE! They hide behind the portal, refuse to give out a phone number to speak to anyone, and so far Ive not been given the contact details in the management team to take my complaint further. I will NEVER use them again and will proactively encourage others not to use them as well.

The parcel is supposed to be delivered by Thursday (5 working days from departure) but have not delivered yet. The reason they said was that there was no person to collect the parcel but they did not call or left any note regarding this. Wasnt really happy with the service. Been a regular customer of Parcel Monkey, this is the first time I am experiencing this much poor service. Very disappointed! No proper response from the Golf customer service.

Very very bad service. Order number: PM6697303, Please read their term carefully, when you order on their site. I chose the "DPD Express 24 - Next day delivery" - Paid more compare to the normal service. Things happened, all the parcels were not delivered the same day. NO EMAIL, NO CALLS OR ANYTHING FROM THEM TO TELL YOU YOUR PARCELS WILL BE LATE AND WHAT REASONS. It costed me another extra £300 pounds to book again with the airline. Complained to Parcel Monkey, this is what Parcel Monkey answered by a staff name "Jag". So in general, they only took your money, can guarantee any service even it stated when you booked, and when things happened. They wont give you any compensation. SO STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY. REPORTED TO OMBUDSMAN about this unfair terms and conditions for clients. "Parcel Monkey is simply the comparison website whom provides you with the discounted rates. Once the order has been made, information is passed onto the couriers who have the responsibility and control over the delivery of your item" Their term & conditions as below "2.6. Compliance with the estimated time of collection or delivery is not guaranteed and the company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered on. "3.8 The company disclaims all liability for and consequential loss arising from, or in connection with, the services supplied by the Company and its agents. For the purpose of this Agreement, Consequential loss shall include, but not be limited to (i) Pure economic loss (ii) Loss of profits (iii) Losses incurred by any third party (iv) Loss of revenue (v) Loss of goodwill and reputation (vi) Loss of opportunity (vii) Loss of work"

PARCEL LOST - PARCELMONKEY RIDICULOUS THEFT POLICY ORDER: PM6149269 Easily the worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with. Please read this review and THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE purchasing your label through Parcel Monkey, particularly if youre sending something expensive. I purchased an international label through DPD for quite an expensive item, purchased additional insurance to cover the cost. Dropped the item off at the local DPD drop-off point and received a card from doing so, though the shop assistant could barely speak English so I cant be sure he did it right. As far as I was concerned, once my Parcel was in their care and I had a receipt showing I had dropped it off, I should be covered by any losses. WRONG. The parcel vanished, and the tracking information somehow showed that it has never even been picked up. It seems the DPD drop-off guy had completely bungled it and something went wrong. So of course I claim for compensation with ParcelMonkey, provide them the receipt I was given as evidence that I dropped it off, and ParcelMonkey refused to pay out, because the item hadnt been tracked into the system. They have refused to check the CCTV footage clearly showing me dropping off the parcel, so now Im out hundreds of pounds because both DPD staff and Parcelmonkey will allow your parcel to be stolen and do absolutely nothing about it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DO NOT ASSUME THAT JUST BECAUSE YOU GOT A RECEIPT THAT YOU ARE COVERED. YOU BETTER VIDEO RECORD YOUR ENTIRE TRIP THE PARCEL DROP OFF ON YOUR PHONE, MAKING SURE TO DOCUMENT EXACTLY WHO, WHAT AND WHERE YOUR PARCEL WAS. PARCELMONKEY IS A JOKE. THEY MIGHT BE CHEAPER THAN OTHER POSTAGE BROKERS, BUT TAKE A LOOK THROUGH THEIR EXCLUSIONS, YOULL FIND THAT ALMOST EVERYTHING YOU SEND IS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE (EVEN IF YOU PAY EXTRA FOR IT)!

Parcel weighed 1.3kg as I weighed box on digital scales and at Post Office for a price! Item was delivered to USA by ParcelForce Global. Weeks later I received an email informing me ParcelMonkey had tried to unsuccessfully take additional charges from my bank account using my card details because the Courier informed them my parcel weighed 5.8kg!! Sorry but 2 lots of weighing scales cannot be wrong!! You had already charged me £45!! Somebody is mistaken and it wasnt me!! How many others are they doing this to and you probably wouldnt even realise money was missing from your bank account!! I didnt authorize further money to be taken, well and truly out of order!!

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely ridiculous service, I requested and paid for a next day collection of a large package with clear instructions to pick up from the building concierge (40 seconds from the front door and clearly sign posted). Instead of concierge instruction as requested the courier gained access to my building and also got up to my floor in a key fob access only lift. This then happened a second time despite 7 emails confirming that the parcel must be picked up from the concierge as the concierge has been put in place to protect the security of the residents from having strangers need to access the building. Also, they wont give a time slot apart from 8am - 6pm which is ridiculous because most people have jobs they have to go to. Ive never experienced a service like it and cant understand how a company cannot communicate to a collection service, clear collection instructions and how a collection person cant follow those instructions. Amazon recommend people use them and I am now telling Amazon that they absolutely should not be recommending them. So much hassle and approx 13 emails just to end up where I started. Do not bother.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Have spent over an hour trying to open a ticket to find out where my parcel is, which 17 days after it was sent still hasnt arrived. Stay away. Its exasperating. Unless you enjoy wasting time and energy getting absolutely nowhere.

Delay with delivery and then parcel left in a neighbours garden in the rain with no notification that it had been left. Found 2 days later. Happily as well wrapped contents survived ... but be warned. The parcel was delivered on the correct day when checked on its progress, but distress caused as no one knew where it was located!
