I was impressed with the price available when compared to buying direct from Parcel Force and compared with similar sites. The process to register was easy and straight forward and the booking and payment for the service was smooth without any issues.
This is my first time using Parcel Monkey and I hope that any future dealings with them will be just as good.

Sent parcel via Courier which turned out to be UK Mail with no notification. Parcel wasnt returned to depot by courier in time to be sent on so missed next day delivery. Communication confused and time consuming. Not a good experience.

lost parcel that we sent. but because we didnt report in certain time would not look into it. Even though we called and they said they knew exactly where it was. Service is fine until they lose something

A very simple process from obtaining the quotes to dropping the parcel off at a local pick up point. Parcel was delivered quickly too!! Would recommend anyone to trip this company

Once you have navigated the on-line menu and ensured you comply with international customs requirements (and double checked the weight of your parcel !) it is simply a case of going to your local Post Office and handing it all over. Reasonable prices combined with an accessible on-line tracking process and the very important local link means we prefer to use this service.

Everything went fine.
One small issue is that the tracking wasnt clear whether both items had transported together.
Apart from that, I would definitely reccomend using again

Pretty good.
Online tracking function was pretty bad once it reached the destination country - but delivery came on time and I could work out roughly where the parcel was.

Been using these folks now for quite a while and as with anything related to deliveries these days always the occasional problem, (usually caused by recipients more often than not) but the customer service here has became the best I have ever experienced in over 20 years of sending parcels around the world. SIMPLY THE BEST.

Shocking service, should have known after last time, this is the second item I have sent that arrived damaged. Total joke and no point even contacting customer services for a 4 week period of sending emails and eating for a reply. Whats wrong with a good old fashioned phone number !!!!! Yes the damage is not parcelmonkeys fault but you and talk to the delivery company direct so it makes life very difficult infact almost impossible to get anything back threw parcel monkey. Will deffinatly not use them again or recommend them

The Parcel Monkey System EXCELLENT - price, booking and documentation. The parcel got lost at the DPD Singapore warehouse and required a great deal of angry exchange to get the DPD people to find it. They did finally and delivered it at 10.30pm so assume they made a special trip to make up for their incompetence.
