Booked a 2 day international express delivery. Posted it on Wednesday 14th and wasnt delivered until today Monday 20th. When I complained I got "still within service agreement... Bla bla bla" Not good enough, you pay for 2 day express, then that is what is expected. I could have paid for a cheaper option if I didnt mind waiting longer.., Will not be using parcel monkey again.

Got me the right price for my parcel, my only issue was that the selected parcel companys web site did not allow me to select a local drop off point, so I took it to their nearest depot. That said it went straight into the system and was delivered as promised the following day

We recently sent a large item insured to a customer. Despite our excellent packaging & notice marked fragile (even though it was actually pretty robust) they dropped it from a height & damaged the item, now only fit for a bonfire. Why then send it on to the customer? The customer was not happy as this handcrafted item took a long time to make. We not only have lost a good customer but had to refund the item & postage both ways to get it returned. It wasnt a cheap item. It was in a terrible state despite our over cautious packing so we sent photos & made a claim. This was at least 2 weeks ago & they are not responding now. We are expecting some lying slimeball excuse as to why they wont pay out. Their stock answer in the past is apparently to blame the senders packaging or anyone other than the halfwit who damaged it. They take no responsibility or care of your item. What is the point of paying insurance for damage if on the occasion they damage it, they dont honour the claim? Thats theif if you ask me. They cant even be bothered to reply. Just because they give cheap delivery quotes doesnt mean they are safe or reliable. We are massively out of pocket, have lost a customer & some reputation because they cant read a handle with care label. Its worth paying a bit extra if you want your delivery to arrive in one piece. Dont use this company.

I was worried as I bought something on ebay as "collection only" and I couldnt collect so I booked the collection with Parcel Monkey. Im glad I did, they were efficient, communicated well and got my delivery to me! Ill definitely use them again, thankyou!

However Trustpilot tends to remove reviews and is a very untrustworthy company, so I expect this review to "disappear" as well, as you possibly do not pay them enough.
My shipment ID was PM6554188 but I do not think I will repeat as any company dealing with Trustpilot is now on my list of companies to avoid

Good price and tracking in the UK, would have liked a key explaining the tracking notes once it left the U.K. was straight forward and simple although the person on the other side had not been informed the item had arrived, this was down to DHL not parcel monkey who had excellent and prompt customer service whenever contacted. Would used the again.

Sometimes correspondence is late for parcel collection through booking online. Parcel weight and size can be an issue, but is always resolvable. If a plastic box is less weight than metal, sometimes postage costs can be excessive, especially when they say volume weight, but the seller and buyer might not know the weight. I got a box that got damp, contained water, which does add to weight especially when there is foam in a box. If two identical plastic boxes can be ordered for collection, which is cheaper, booking them separately, or taping them together and book for more than 1 metre which is slightly awkward in lifting plus at twice the weight. Plastic is light and cardboard, but if the person selling cannot determine weight, then is it fair on the buyer who has tried to balance both seller and courier service. Just some thought as to what happens during postage delivery and collection, some couriers just charge extra in spite. for a plastic box I got quotes for collecting a Pond Filter and I have the photos, in excess of £200 and some couriers locally looking to charge more than £130.
