Paid for 48 hour service , didnt arrive after waiting in all day , called and told my parcels went out but the driver ran out of time and they went back to depot ,went to depot to pick them up , 3 people also there for same reason , not delivered parcel ! they said they would deliver following day and I was working ,so no choice but to pick up myself, then asked how do I get a refund and was told I had to do this on line , went on line and you have to open a account ?to put in complaint and refund , absolutely awful customer service making it a long process to get refund , would not recommend

Booked a 4-7 day delivery of parcel to Australia for my daughters birthday on 30/4 thinking that have plenty of time for it to arrive before her birthday on 17/5. It eventually arrived on 24/5. Communication was very poor and no effort was made to make amends or apologise. Shocking service. Very disappointed.

I found it annoying. I couldnt get a time slot so popped out for 5 minutes and they arrived to collect parcel. Called to rearrange for day after, stayed in THE WHOLE DAY, nothing. Called at 5.30 and the office hadnt told the other office collection had been rearranged! but told me it had so I stayed in ALL DAY for NOTHING! Finally came and collected on day 3 as i had to leave the £200 parcel outside as I had to work! Prob wouldnt use again to be honest

Dreadful service if something goes wrong. Staff are terrible at resolving any queries. You cant run a business through them as they are very unreliable.

I arranged for the collection of my item and everything was processed well. The item was collected on time and I waited the following day for my next day delivery to arrive. It didnt. No problem I thought, once delivery is attempted I can get it rescheduled to when I will be home. They did attempt to deliver the package on Wednesday, a day late, but no-one was home. The driver marked the packaged as Refused by recipient and sent it back to sender - nobody can tell me why they did this! I contacted Parcel Monkey numerous times and theyve been CATEGORICALLY USELESS. Their approach is that its not their problem "as we do not handle the goods ourselves". Their customer service just tells me what is on the tracking and theyve made no attempt to rectify the problem. Right now theyre just waiting for the package to go back to the sender, and then maybe theyll do something about it. Will my sender be home? What if they arent able to receive the item? Will my item be stuck in the system forever Parcel Monkey? Right now, all I know is that they just do not give a... monkeys.

they took my money for same day service but they did not collect anything. For same day service they use citysprint and citysprint confirm us parcel monkey they did wrong place booking . I send couple of mail but did respond in good way even they dont have any phone number .

If it wasnt for the fact i spent over 30 mins to book this and then find out that when entering the info i cant use accents or dashes at all, i could have given you 5 stars.
Other than that its great service to use.

When this service works, its fine - Its when it doesnt the nightmare begins. Parcel monkey have no direct contact with the courier, so if an important collection is running late, you have no way of telling if anyone is going to collect at all. There is no one to phone, just a sporadic chat system which is pointless unless you want to read apology after apology written by what seems like a load of 5 year olds. The only option is to re-schedule a collection which I have on a few occasions only to be let down again. In short, if you dont mind taking a risk that your unimportant package may take a few days to be collected, then no big deal, youll be fine with this company. If you have a serious business to run on deadlines, stay well clear and pay a little more for a dedicated courier service so that if things do go wrong, at least youll be kept in the loop. As the old adage goes, you get what you pay for..

Have used Parcel Monkey several times and it can be OK. Unfortunately this time has been a complete disaster. We prepared and shipped a gift for our daughters 21st birthday and selected a 2-day DPD express service to Spain. We did this 10 days before her birthday to ensure that it would arrive in time. We declared that there was a watch in the parcel that cost £249. Watches are allowed to be shipped according to the information. (DPD limit liability to £250 for watches so we were OK with that.) After over a week the parcel had not arrived we try several times to check what the problem was. DPD decided to stop the shipment based on the fact that the watch in the parcel had a battery in it and they do not accept to ship batteries. Given that almost every watch has a battery inside it, then why they allow watches but then refuse the shipment because there is a battery in it is completely beyond me. Guess what.... they continue to refuse to forward the parcel so it has ruined my daughters 21st Birthday... what makes it worse is that they now want me to pay to get the parcel back!!!! I have paid for them to ship it from UK to Spain which they refuse to do, then they want MORE MONEY to ship it back to me in UK when it never even left the UK in the first place. Parcel Monkey & DPD dont care. The just make it up as they go along and, since they know that my parcel is worth way more than what they want to deliver it back to me, I have no choice but to pay up AGAIN. They have me over a barrel, no choice.

My parcel was supposed to be collected 11/5, but as today they still did not collect. Upon collection I waited at home all day, but they did not even contact me that day, even I tried to contact them. I have been in touch with them the last 13 days, nothing happened yet. Lawyer Is contacted in this matter, so better not use them as they are really not proffessional

My parcel was never collected - I never recieved a missed collection card, I tracked the parcel to find that it said "delivery attempted" but no instructions of what to do next, how to re book and no way of contacting anyone. There was someone at the property all day on the day that parcel force said they tried to collect.
