Parcel Monkey I must say is a efficient, cheap and way service to use for international packages in particular. Literally convenience at your fingertips and would highly recommend!

I used ParcelMonkey for 3 years. Dont buy an insurance. I lost my parcels a few times and have NEVER had any refund. They claim that they cant contact a receiver, which is not true. AVOID!!!!!!!!

Not acceptable cheapest quote come out UK Mail they collect item I sold but not delivered item to the buyer saying saying saying no body been at home for a 3 days in a row . when ring them they said parcel in Northampton 500 miles away from me and if I want I can collect it my self plus asked to pay fine 5 £ or other option to pay for delivery again. total robbers and the worst courier service ever used before. Had to make buyer full Refund and lost my item as well .

I will not recommend your services to anyone. Been waiting since Wednesday for my sofa to be collected from Rochdale and deliver to Bognor Regis. Since then I have no contact with the drivers or anyone else. So disappointed with your services and still I haven’t got my sofa!!! ????

SHOCKING THEFT!!! I have used this service extensively in the UK and placed my first order a month ago using the US service - from US to South Korea. I pre-weighed and pre-measured my package to ensure I received an absolutely accurate quote for service. Paid $105 and the package was delivered quickly and safely. I even left a stellar review here after the experience. FAST FORWARD ONE MONTH and I receive a PayPal notice that Parcel Monkey has automatically debited my account for nearly $105 - the entire cost already paid for the shipment! SERIOUS SCAM going on, and this company will not take any responsibility now that they have stolen funds without any explanation or reason. Have reported unauthorized activity to PayPal but I dont expect they will be of help considering Parcel Monkey sets up an automated payment method via PayPal when you pay with this method. *******BEWARE*******

ParcelMonkey site was ok and easy to register. Ended up using a UKMail service which was at a reasonable cost for what I thought it might be. Only problem was UKMail sent text and email to say when they were going to pick up. Then said they came at 8pm which wasn’t true. Came next day.. end result pice ok but service so, so and no one really to talk to about what was happening only online..
