Very disappointed, I transported 2 pa speakers. One of the speakers had clearly been dropped from a height as one of the speaker magnets had completely sheared off rendering the speaker useless. My customer is disappointed and wants to know what Im going to do.........claim on your insurance I suppose!

Parcel sent with ParcelForce via their agent Parcel Monkey. The item, which was sent to Norway, arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I recommend both of these companies without hesitation.

Been using Parcel Monkey for some time I have an account as I run a my small business and send parcels worldwide.. Great when everythings going OK. I recently had issues with a lost parcel (lost twice in fact ) ,the courier would not deal with me and said I had to go through Parcel Monkey -Their customer service was non existent ,absolutely no help whatsoever, I felt ignored and they were not interested. I felt very let down by them . As a business, customer relations and customer support are extremely important to me, I doubt I would use PM again .

The collector (was it Parcel Force?) happened to be delivering a parcel in the area and was with me almost immediately! Great service. I trust that the parcel I sent was actually delivered. Have been away. Will check it out next.

Wish I could rate at ZERO stars. They failed to book my parcel collection with the courier, meaning I missed a deadline. The last time I used this company they failed to book my parcel for collection with the courier, missing the delivery deadline. This company have now failed me twice in a row and I have had to seek refund (3 to 5 days). I now need to find another company who I can rely on when I send a heavier parcel than my business usually handles. Such a pity that we are in the digital age and everything should be up to speed, and there are companies like this out there giving the most dreadful unprofessional service. I would recommend to everyone that they look elsewhere. Companies like this should simply not be trading.

I really like the way the Parcel Monkey website works, its a lot less complicated than trying to book direct with a courier. There does however seem to be an issue with communication between Parcel Monkey and ParcelForce. Twice now Ive gone to Parcel Monkey to book a Parcelforce collection and even though the website offers a same day collection Parcelforce do not come and collect the parcel that day. I dont know if the failure is due to ParcelForce not bothering to collect when they could or Parcel Monkey offering a collection that ParcelForce cant handle but its annoying waiting in all day for a collection that doesnt happen.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND PARCEL MONKEY! The parcel was booked for DPD international service. It was dropped-off at one of the recommended shops by them but after not being collected for 4 days, I found out that the shop has gone under administration. Then DPD confirmed this to me but Parcel Monkey is delaying things asking repeatedly same questions like - describe the parcel, its content etc. I have given this details three times now! Also, the response time is 24-48 hrs even in urgent situations. No trace of my parcel yet despite chasing from my end. No, alternative service was provided given it was an urgent delivery. The process to claim money and refund has not even started after two weeks as they are still trying to confirm above from DPD. I was forced to use a different provider to re-send my parcel. Horrible customer service from Parcel Monkey. No empathy for customer if things go wrong and no better way to contact than chat! I am surely not using this service again!

Absolutely terrible service, not only was the collection made on the wrong day but when i tried to communicate this Parcel Monkey didnt listen understand or want to help, they take your money and thats it no support framework in place. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS

Very efficient service, but once again item was received broken. I pack very carefully and through no fault of your company, the postal service you use does not treat parcels with respect, I am the loser again as I have to refund
the cost of the item and postage to my customer. It is very annoying that I take so long to pack the parcel with great care to no avail.

Booking process and price were good but the planned pickup from the carrier did not happen on day planned and paid for. I had to deliver the parcels; 6 in all myself to the carriers depot as I couldnt risk waiting another day due to holiday plans.
The parcels were delivered quite promptly from the depot so the service did work with personal intervention on my part.

I booked for 24 hours delivery and my parcel collected on friday, should have been delivered on saturday, but delivered on tuesday, my costumer wasnt very happy and me neither

This service does exactly what it states on the tin. Gives you a comparison for delivery options so that you can chose the one best suited for you.
I had left a note to say that I needed the parcel collecting after midday as I had an appointment in the morning. The collection was at 3pm, the courier had the label with him, and was very courteous. Myself and the recipient were able to track the parcel at all stages and it was delivered in the timeframe stated.
I shall be using Parcel Monkey at all times from now on.
