Badly. Paid for collection, but ended up having to drop parcel to distribution point and DPD chat support was lousy and slow.

Was referred to PM by a relative. First use was a little tricky as I ended up on the collect and deliver service which was not what I wanted.
However, once pointed in the right direction I was able to obtain the drop off service I was looking for, then pay for and print the label in short order.
Very happy and will use them again.

posted parcel to Argentina cost £40 4-6 days, it took 14 days they held at customs and they charge $100 parcel monkey didnt explain this, and we had to chase up customs ourselves, when i emailed parcel monkey they not bothered . i would not use these services again

Ive used Parcelmonkey for a few years now but now Im part time Im not at work in the afternnons which is when Parcelforce usually pick up. I now find going through DPD and dropping off at Halfords on the way home is very convenient. The staff there are always friendly and it only takes a couple of minutes to process.

Ive used Parcel Monkey quite a few times, and theyve always been the cheapest price with the most reliable service that Ive found. This latest parcel, although light, was large - and the price for delivery was very good. Ill definitely be using them again, and wouldnt hesitate in recommending them.
