Didnt collect the item on the day they where supposed to, what else is there to say. Where unable to contact the courier to check where the driver was, tracking doesnt come into play until the parcel is collected. Bad experience and I would advise to not use.

Avoid! This company has constantly let me down. My last few collections have been late. One parcel went to wrong country and it was only by luck I get it back...weeks later. Cut out the middle man and go straight to the courier themselves a the prices are the same or better.

Easy to use. I had a packet to send so I measured and weighed it, booked, paid, printed the label online and next day it was collected. Much cheaper than using Royal Mail and more convenient.

My parcel was urgent and was due to be picked up on Wednesday. I waited in all day and it wasnt collected. No communication at all. I eventually managed to get hold of someone on Thurday morning, and was told I couldnt drop it off due to size, so the only option was to rebook on Friday. I asked for a refund as I had no guarantee it would be picked up. I eventually booked with Parcelforce who were more expensive but turned up within three hours. Wont be using Parcel Monkey again. I understand things go wrong sometime, but it must have been obvious as some time that the parcel wouldnt be collected and it was left for me to spend half the next morning trying to get through to you. No customer services - waste of a day waiting in and the parcel was late.

I obtained a price, and then tried to order. When I had completed this process the system told me that the carrier could not take the package. If they have limitations then this chould be made clear at the pricing stage, not after I had given the charges to my customer.

Dealing with Parcel Monkey was great but Parcelforce who collected the package failed to turn up. I tracked the parcel and it said that they had tried to pick up but I was out - completely untrue - I was there all day. Parcel monkey were good at sorting this out though and they collected following day.

the quick quote feature does not work very well - it offers a price that you can rarely achieve when you start putting in size details etc.
Also I sent two parcels of the same weight, similar sizes, but different shapes. One I could only book a collection for, the other I could also take to a Post Office. Why the difference, when the actual shape was not a factor?

Ive used Parcel Monkey many times before and never had a problem. This time they collected 2 parcels, both from the same address and they were both going to the same address but unfortunately only one got delivered. No idea where the other one is and dont hold out a lot of hope of tracking it down. Really disappointed and wont be using them again. BTW I realise its not actually Parcel Monkey that collect the parcels but its them you have to deal with when youre trying to find it!
