I have now used Parcel Monkey twice, once to Norway ant then USA. The process is simple and both parcels delivered within the predicted timescale. Fantastic service!

In regards to the below reply that Parcel Monkey placed! We have already tried numerous of time open another ticket but you have closed it and marked as duplicates!!!! THIS IS HOW CLEVER YOU ARE! YOU are not planning to resolve any issue that people complain about. I just hope no one ever has to pay the price we did BECAUSE WE HAVENT SEEN OUR MONEY YET FOR THE PARCEL YOU HAVE LOST 21ST DECEMBER 2017!. WE KNOW FOR SURE WE WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN AND HOPEFULLY, OTHER PEOPLE WILL BE WARNED BY THE COMMENT WE MADE! £800 WE HAVE LOST BECAUSE OF YOU!!!! Kind regards James" OBVIOUSLY, your company didn´t have the minimum interest to have a look in my first ticket that was raised before your response... Really dissapointed with the service and lack of comunication of your team... I hope my money back...

Be aware that they will take another 5 days to deliver the parcel (international deliveries) and you will not be considered for a refund or compensation. So if your order is 3-6 day delivery, they will deliver it in 2 weeks (10 working days) and will just apologise, putting all the blame on the carrier. Respectable companies should have funds or insurance to cover losses like that in order to maintain their reputations. Instead, they are covering it all with their terms&conditions, allowing themselves to be late for extra 5 working days.

Arrived on time as stated - some boxes very scuffed and one broken open slightly, but would put this down to the courier and quality of the boxes we used.
Parcel monkey was half the price of going direct so would definitely recommend if youre on budget!

A week overdue now on a delivery to the United States booked through Parcel Monkey, Im hoping the item is not lost. Tracking shows that my package took a week longer to arrive in the US than it should have, I purchased a 4 day service but its over 2 weeks now and still nothing

Our experience with PM was excellent! It was by far the cheapest we could find after searching extensively online to find a cheap shipping company to ship our sons clothes to the US. They only charged us just over £48 to do a packing crate of heavy pullovers, which I know from experience would have been twice as much through Royal Mail counter services.
The shipment went out on the third of January, and then the dreadful East Coast storm kicked in. I tracked the parcel every couple of days using a very straightforward tracking service. It was easy to see where it was at all times, and it seemed to follow a very regular timescale.
When in transit, I noticed a notification telling us that it could be delayed because of the storm, which we had been nervous about, but had expected. In spite of that, it was delivered to the recipient two days later with all contents intact and no reports of any damage to the parcel crate or contents.
We will definitely use Parcel Monkey again. Ive paid a fortune in the past at Christmas to deliver gifts, but Ill be using this service next time and saving myself a ton of cash!

This parcel was collected from me on 18 January - no problems with that. It was scheduled for delivery on 19 January and I had put labels on the front and back of the box to ask for it to be left in the porch as I knew the recipients would be out. I did not ask for a signature. When my family returned home there was a note to say that the parcel had been taken to the nearest post office. This meant that my son had to drive to said post office on the Saturday in order to collect it. Not really what I expected for door to door delivery. Probably will think twice before using this service again because other firms would have left it in the porch as requested.

I Have used them several times and I would recommend they always comes up the cheapest (Dpd). so easy just print label take to Dpd drop off point and usually delivered within two days.

Very easy to use, got an accurate quote, booked, shipped, and Parcel Monkey just really get out of the way, which is a very under-appreciated quality. Ive received 4 emails from them - four. Nothing more. Most companies are like "oh, look...", "oh, promotions...", "oh, you might like...", "oh, special deal...", oh... no, Parcel Monkey have sent me only relevant emails:
1. Account info
2. Order confirmation
3. Label and tracking info
4. How did we do - link to say what I think
And for this, "Parcel Monkey" will be the first thing I start typing in my browser next time Ive got a parcel to ship.

Having stayed in all day, literally ALL day, due to the impossible 8am - 6pm deliver window, the parcel has not been collected. I am very very disappointed, will have to let my customer know, and I paid for next day delivery. On top of all this, I am A WHOLE DAY OUT OF POCKET FINANCIALLY. The result - the following: "We do not offer compensation" and then finally, a one word "apologies". They then proceeded to just get short and sarcastic as I pressed then for a response to my complaints above. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
