Quite disappointing really! My parcel was supposed to arrive on the 14th December and it has not! The service in the U.K. was fabulous, however when my parcel cleared Australian customs, then it arrived at the local depot and it has been stationary for four days now!

Completely inept Customer Service. £695 package sent from UK on the 5th December to New York via DPD. Tracking on the 12th said delivery would be that day. Then NOTHING. The tracking reverted back to Your parcel has left the UK and is on its way to the USA. Its now the 14th December. Ive had 2 days of raising tickets and emailing Parcelmonkey customer service. I also raised a ticket to FAO Manager as they advise on here STILL NOTHING. No emails, No response to the support tickets, NOTHING. I was told that they have requested information from their American Couriers (DPD). That was 2 days ago and no feedback from anyone whatsoever as to what is happening. The customer is still waiting with no information as to where the package is and so am I. No one at Parcelmonkey is willing to take responsibility or even investigate the matter. DREADFUL EXPERIENCE......DO NOT USE

Very straightforward, good price, very help staff at the drop off shop. Arrived in good time. I was kept informed all along. Definitely use again, definitely recommend.

Its getting even worse! Promised my money would be in my account within 24hrs.... it has now been 55 hours and once again I am being ignored! This company is awful and should not be allowed to trade! Ill be back in touch with trading standards tomorrow!

I sheadule two times to my parcel be collected! 2 times! and in the 2 times I schedule it noody came to collect it! I was all day at home, I needed to take days off to stay att home waiting for someone arrive to another courier and nobody came. I still have the parcel to be collected........And guess what! Cant take more days off to wait for someone that will never another courier! Im really disappointed!

Very good service, parcel was picked up morning after gping on line, it arrived in Italy 6 days later, but have to consider there was Saturday and Sunday when J dont think the parcels travel. The cost of posting was very reasonable, I have used this service a few times now and have always been sarisfied.

Awful, despite correctly filling out the contents of the parcel on their website they offered me a service which would not accept the contents (buried deep in DPDs terms and conditions). When the item was returned I was presented with either picking it up from their office or paying £5 delivery to get it back. When I raised their failings with customer service via the website I was repeated told to pick from the options above. No acknowledgement of their awful service or that they had failed in anyway.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF BRAIN DEAD MONKEYS. IAN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT IS AWFUL DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. PARCEL LOST DELIVERY WAS FOR CANADA AND IT ENDED UP IN SPAIN. THEY SAY THEY WILL RESEARCH AND LET THEIR CLAIMS DEPARTMENT KNOW. BUT WONT GIVE ME A CLAIMS FORM. KEEPS ME WAITING FOR 7 MINUTES AND THEN CUTS ME OFF. PARCEL MONKEY ARE EXACTLY THAT MONKEYS, ALTHOUGH I BELEIVE A MONKEY COULD SO BETTER. THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND NOT ALLOWED TO TRADE.

I used Parcel Monkey to arrange a motorbike courier for a same day parcel collection and delivery from London to Kent. I was extremely impressed and will definitely be using them again and recommending to others. The quote provided was the most competetive, the booking process was quick and easy, and I was updated by e-mail at each stage of the process. I was able to track the couriers progress and location, and the courier was friendly and polite on arrival. Fantastic service.

I cant tell how quickly it was delivered because the receiver was away working when it was delivered, but I know it got there

Completely useless customer service. I sent a parcel abroad. I could track my parcel until it was still in UK. Since it was exported I have no info. I have contacted them and they several times and they cant provide any information. They said "Rest Assured". Sorry I cant. I need to know where my parcel is. It was the first time I used them. BIG HUGE MISTAKE. NEVER AGAIN....

Sent large package. Collected Tuesday UK arrived following Tuesday Lanzarote. In one piece with no damage. Tracking was not very helpful but otherwise no complaints.

Terrible. The first time ive used this service and Parcelforce did not deliver the item on the specified day. They attempted delivery the following day, but there was no one in, and so the recipient then had to collect the parcel from the depot 2 days later. Also, the item was badly damaged in transit even though it was packaged correctly and had fragile stickers all over it. I will not be using Parcelforce or parcelmonkey again.
