Booked on Thursday and all web promo information and the confirmation email said next day service for delivery. Only when i checked the tracking did I find out it was to be Monday. On inquiry through on line help they said next day means next working day but that was nowhere disclosed. in any event the courier failed to pick up on the Friday and so next day from Thursday would have turned into next week Tuesday, at the earliest, assuming they picked up on their next offer of Monday. I cancelled. Disappointingly rubbish and wont be using them again. ( and I needed to wait 10 mins before on line help actually responded)

My parcel from UK arrived, and was cleared at customs, in Botswana within five days! They were delivered to me in a village with no post code and no road map. I directed the driver, and got my parcel with all the contents intact. I am extremely happy with the hassle free service I received.

they screwed up my first delivery, on the second re booking nothing happens for 5 days then they tell me they lost it, they to cap it all off they say they cannot offer any compensation as i didnt take out the extra cover, the cover which is for damage.. Not there employyess STEALING my package.. I will never use robbing theives parcel monkey ever again, and would reccomend everyone to think twice.. there is other more reputable companies out there ... parce2go will be my main courier now..

I have posted many parcels to my daughter in Illinois and she has no problem in receiving them and also in perfect condition, I will always be using them.

Ordered parcel, click caked print label, it threw up a previously used label ...unaware sent a £500 item to the wrong place, had 50/50 chance of getting it back, numerous phone calls, tracking, driving miles, more phone calls... Eventually it gets returned... To the wrong address but its now on its way back....a week later! And the lesson learned : ALWAYS CHECK THE ADDRESS LABEL YOU ARE GIVEN TO PRINT FROM PARCEL MONKEYS WEBSITE. perhaps it was me just being too hasty and not giving their system half an hour to think about what its doing and update itself. But....their label printing technology needs some serious updating if it takes half an hour to print a label or spew out a previously used label if you dont give it enough time!

Our customer said that the carrier used by Parcel Monkey would not deliver to her house due to weight restrictions, so she has to go to collect it!!

Expected to wait two days within a 10 hour slot !!! They are insane it’s not monkeys it’s chimps that are running this !!!! A total rip off it’s like dealing with eBay a faceless entity that gives scripted answers do no I repeat do not use

3days waiting for collection, excuses we were in the house, number is very clear outside no excuse. 8 days later the box has not arrived, now stating the wrong address is on it. Not True its the correct address on the label 2 labels were applied to the box. I am so dissatisfied as it was for a birthday .

Totally uncaring if you have a damaged parcel. I reported a problem within the 10 day limit but as my recipient and I work we could only exchange photos and information intermittently. I am also not totally computer literate so found it difficult to forward evidence in the right format as a consequence they won`t complete the claim. Very unhappy as my parcel was definitely well taped and they would be claiming off Parcelforce anyway. Their site says they MAY reject claims not FULLY submitted in the 10 days - it does not say they WILL reject them !

All the recent comments are fake. Fake customers with fake orders. I had a pickup arranged, no one came. Rescheduled pickup 2 times, no one came to pick up the package. Called FedEx after 3 days of "Failed pickups" and they said they dont have any records that a pickup was ever scheduled. Checked the shipping label, destination address was wrong, maybe because after package was sent to the 2nd shipping company Aramex they could say: Were sorry, the address was wrong and charge me again, most likely this would have happened if I shipped my package with them. I even contacted live support and their team leave the chat while you are telling them what is going on. I had 3 people reconnect to the chat and had to beg the last person to stay on the chat and help me out. Stay away from them! They arent as good as those fake customers tells you, look on Google for real reviews, people lost packages using them, damaged goods, they are not respecting the pickup dates or reschedule it for you, they are frauds. I will even consider making a complaint over at BBB.

I found the process from order to delivery very smooth. However only to be sent an email to say that the parcel was 5kg and not 2kg as I had claimed. Thus I was to be charged an extra £15+. I immediately replied to say that I had weighed it before it left and it was 2kg. No reply to this email. I then sent a second email with proof, a photograph of the parcel on a scale at its destination showing 1.94kg. Still no reply. So I was delighted to see this email asking how they did. From a great start they have failed dismissally on customer service in not getting back to me. In addition I now feel ripped off! Thank goodness I only use one card for online purchases as they keep trying to take the additional money. Perhaps if they contacted me this might move forward.

Appalling service. Have had to reschedule a collection for the third time now. Am a first and last time user of this company which should be rebranded as monkey parcels. I feel a monkey for using them! Will be claiming a full refund if I do not get a collection for the third time. Use at your peril.

Parcel Force tried to collect without success (there was a person waiting though), couldnt get through to Parcel Monkey so had to moan at Parcel Force to see what happened, rearranged collection through Parcel Force. Yet again they couldnt collect (even though I gave more instructions) in the end I had to ask seller (complete stranger to me) to drop it off t the Parcel Force depot. Ink jet printer was delivered upside down and broken. Not enough contact for my liking to contact Parcel Monkey.

2 week’s ago tomorrow, I dropped off a letter at noon, it was due for delivery within 3-4 days. That didn’t happen... Prob 1 - I dropped it off on Friday, 20th, it was not collected until Tuesday 24th, the following week!! Prob 2 - the mistake was identified BY ME, and highlighted on FRIDAY EVE, SATURDAY, SUNDAY, MONDAY and TUESDAY (when it was finally picked up) Prob 3 AND THE MOST IMPORTANT... Had Parcel Monkey escalated my query instead of REPEATEDLY LYING to me repeatedly (we cannot call them; the courier takes 24-48 hours to reply; the courier doesn’t work over the weekend) - EACH AND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE ARE LIES), the courier would have collected the letter before Tuesday. PROB 4 - the only way anything actually happened was when I went against what Parcel Monkey said and contacted the courier, DPD myself!!! According to Parcel Monkey I dropped my letter off just after midday on Saturday 20th and since it was delivered on Friday, 27th... I am not due a refund! I have suggested they refer back to their calendar as they will see that the 20th of October was a Friday (the day it should have been collected!!!!!) 3-4 days would have got it there by Tuesday/ Wednesday the following week. It needed to be there BEFORE Friday as I told them repeatedly. It was delivered on Friday, the 27th... which is NOT within 3-4 days!!!! So Parcel Monkey... YOU OWE ME A REFUND!!!!! I am waiting...

Everything went smooth in London, printing the labels, dropping the parcels, etc. However, although the recipient KNEW exactly when the parcel was coming and thus was at home the entire day, the parcels were not delivered to the address. Instead there was a note saying that they missed us and we can pick up the parcels from some shop 20minutes away from the address. Unfortunately, it seems common for delivery people to do that. If they want to have a shorter work day or cant be bothered to carry a package upstairs, they just hand out little notes saying they "missed" you.

Someone came to pick up the parcel. I lie in some flats and saw out of my window that someone had arrived. I waited by the buzzer and nothing happened. I then saw the driver driving off and then received a text about a missed delivery. I waited in all day for that and now have to do the same this Friday.
