Pickup and delivery was quick and efficient at a better price than going directly to Parcelforce, very happy.
My only criticism would be that the Parcelforce service I selected said there was no need to print labels and then once Id booked and paid for the service I was given a label to download, print and attach, not having access to a printer meant having to contact customer service to clarify the necessity of the label and it turned out it was only advisable to attach it and you could just handwrite the details instead, it would be easier if this was mentioned somewhere during the booking.

This company is defenetly not trustful! After I weight and sent my parcels they charged me for additional weight. And there are a lot of cheaper companies which are more trustful!

Easy to use website. Parcel collected when promised on Wednesday, ready for delivery in northern France on Friday, though this was easily changed to Saturday morning on partner organisations Web page.

Poor service from start to finish. Accepted a parcel that apparently they couldnt ship because it contained a battery (despite it being shipped to me before!!) Returned to THEIR headoffice, and had to pay another £15 to get it sent back to me. 5 days later and Im STILL waiting for them to dispatch my parcel back to me!! All I get is a "Apologies for the delay and inconvenience the couriers error has caused you." No offer of assistance, taking responsibility for solving the error. Ive not spent over £75 trying to get this parcel sent... and in 11 days... its just been picked up, sent to ParcelMonkey and left there. And all customer service say is: "Unfortunately, we are unable to give out any specific delivery date..."

I use your service for many times in last few years, most of your services were excellent but only last month, you didnt come to collect my item at the arrange day and didnt give me a accepted reason. I am really not happy with this. I hope you can improve this point from now on. Many thanks

I paid for a next day service with DpD on parcelmonkey and it took four bloody days to get there!!!????????not happy and will reconsider my options resulted in a returned item!

My mother has not received the parcel and it was sent on Monday 16th October. When I put the tracking number in it doesnt recognise it and i am worried that the parcel is lost. You cant speak to anyone directly at parcel monkey. I dont know what to do there are no confirmation email or alerts to let you know that the parcel has been received.

Never heard of this company until I needed to send a large parcel. The transaction was so easy. Tell them where you want the parcel to together with the size and weight and Parcel Monkey do the rest. Parcel picked up by ParcelForce and delivered within two days, brilliant service.

Very unprofessional. I ordered my parcels to be collected on a specific date. Early in the morning of the collection date I received a message with a specified collection time slot. No courier arrived by the end of the time slot. After waiting for a few more hours I contacted Parcel Monkey through their online chat (Thats the only way to contact them and often you have to wait for more than 40 min to get a response even in the middle of a conversation with the support staff.) They completely ignored the fact that I had received a collection time slot and kept telling me that the collection time is until 6pm. I kept waiting and at 6pm contacted them again since no one arrived to another couriers. Finally they said they will contact the courier company. I waited for 1 hour only to be told that they cant get in touch with the courier and they dont know what else they can do. So I asked them for waybill number and I contacted the courier myself. It turned out Parcel Monkey had booked the WRONG service. So as soon as the courier saw that the description (size and weight) of my parcels does not correspond to the service PM booked they cancelled the order. Yet Parcel Monkey kept telling me all day that there is nothing wrong and I should wait until 6pm. Extremely unprofessional. Pay a little extra and use another company to save yourself a lot of trouble.
