I sent two parcels, one to Germany and one to Australia - neither of which have arrived yet. The parcel for Germany was supposed to take two days and still hadnt arrived after 3 days. The parcel for Australia was 4-7 days collected on 19 October. Tracking stated delivery on 30 October which makes it 11 days.

It’s hard to find words to tell you just how appalling the service from Parcel Monkey has been... My experience had been much the same as another gentleman who reviewed them this evening. Plenty of emails but never once actually answering a query! My letter should have been collected on Friday from a Drop off Shop (Sainsburys) it wasn’t so I queried.... I had the same big standard response for days... we’re waiting to hear from the courier. I told them my letter had to get to South Africa this week - the reason I chose the 3-4 day option. I asked them to telephone the courier to get to the bottom of the problem - they told me it was not possible to call them. That is a lie - when I spoke to DPD, they told me they regularly speak to Parcel Monkey staff regarding queries. I was told on Monday the reason for the lack of response was because the courier’s CS department don’t work over the weekend. That is a lie! I was also told DPD’s CS team take 24-48 hours to respond to queries - that too is a lie! They have a dedicated team (Make it Right team) who guarentee they will respond to all queries within 90 minutes. I chased this for days... 5 days!!! My letter should have arrived in South Africa yesterday, it actually only left the U.K. this afternoon. Parcel Monkey added a little note to my tracking info last night saying... the estimated delivery would be next Monday (almost a week after it should have arrived)!!!! This morning I got this... bear in mind my letter should have been delivered yesterday and I have been in seemingly constant contact since last Friday... “Although we want to give you an update from time to time, we can only do so once we receive new information regarding your parcel.” I did what they say not to do yesterday, I contacted DPD myself and for the first time I spoke to somebody who was able to help me. PM should have done this days ago!!!! This was the last correspondence I had from them this afternoon.. the first 3 paragraphs were presumably a template and then... this!!! . “Further in this regard, we use different communication chanal with DPD the direct customers. The tracking shows delivery between this time as standard, this message is shown on all DPD delivery till more accurate time know.” God only knows what that means??? I have asked, nobody has replied! That beauty was in response to the FAO Manager support ticket I was asked to open by Mike yesterday afternoon. He asked me to do that when he read the review I posted yesterday. This arrived more than 24 hours later?!!! So in summary, the 3-4 day delivery will not happen - because the parcel was not collected until 4 days after it was dropped off!!! I have been asked to let them know when it arrives so they can look into the possibility of a refund?!!!!!’ Seriously, if you use them and you require support DO NOT waste your time with them. I would strongly suggest bypassing anyone at Parcel Monkey! They will not help you. They will lie to you and blame the courier for days and days on end without ever answering your actual query! My letter was missed last Friday - that is down to the courier BUT, it could have been located first thing the next morning had Parcel Monkey highlighted the problem to them when I asked them to... instead they have spent 5 days telling me nothing at all about the status of my letter. If you value your sanity and want to keep a normal blood pressure - DO NOT USE THEM!!! NOT EVER!!!

No problems using parcel monkey however UKmail on the other hand have lost my parcel and are as much use as a chocolate teapot when it comes to customer service. Here’s hoping PM can help me?!

First time I have used monkey. Will use again if we need to. Very pleased with service. Was great from to finish. Texted to say when picking up and again when deleting. Would recommend to friends etc. Thankyou

What a bunch of buffoons. I dont like being told to be patient when the parcel is still sat in front of me and should be at its destination. I have not been advised why the collection was made yesterday for a guaranteed before 12pm next day delivery. I have not been advised if it is going to be collected today, I have not been offered any help in getting the parcel to its destination today. I have stressed the importance of the parcel being with the client today, but am simply told to be patient. Your the booking agent, investigate what is going on and give me some information. If I had of received any information since last night when I reported the the non collection I could have arranged an alternative courier to make a same day delivery today. What a useless bunch. I guess the hint is in the name. Only problem is I hardly paid peanuts for the service. Avoid these guys, if a problem arises they are no help at all!

Really outstanding. There was a mixup with collection as a visiting carer answered the door and did not refer the door to owner of House and pickup done again next day. It was easy to rearrange and no problems at all. Not my first time using this service ... it is excellent and would recommend it to any one

Have used this company for quite sometime. Last consignment to Gerrmany took 7 days for delivery as opposed to the claimed two days on the website. The current consignment took 3 days a great improvement.
Would recommend Parcel Monkey.

I was totally let down and had to book a taxi to deliver the package. At no time was any offer of trying to resolve the problem caused by parcel monkey. I still had paid in advance and will be looking for my fee paid and the cost of the taxi.

Our parcel never got delivered, had to be sent back to the sender at the end. Parcel Monkeys reply: You are not eligible for a refund as the delay has to exceed 5 days for a refund.

I really wanted to like Parcel Monkey. Website is easy to use and the pick up of the parcel went smoothly. After that - awful. Ended up contacting the courier (DX, who were extremely helpful) directly, even though Parcel Monkey instruct you not to. 2 weeks after paying for an overnight delivery, I now have a solution. I accept that sometimes, things go wrong. The mark of a company is how they deal with issues and provide solutions when this happens. Parcel Monkey staff were polite but ultimately, did not get the parcel delivered. They repeatedly failed to answer specific questions which is really frustrating. If you can be bothered, here is the full history. YouTuesday 24th October 2017 @ 12:12 I have now contacted the courier directly and have been told that the updated address had not been forwarded to them. Wherever the breakdown occurred, the outcome was that the package has not been delivered and Parcel Monkey has been unable to create a solution. I have now arranged collection of the parcel with DX, who were very helpful. This was my first experience of using Parcel Monkey and not one that I will be tempted to ever repeat. It might work well when things go smoothly but the rating of any company is how it deals with problems when they arise. I feel sorry for you guys and girls on the front line, receiving these messages. You need a system that allows you find solutions for customers.
