Great service my parcels were fully tracked and delivered by courier in Dubai. I used parcel 2 go previously for the first time and they have lost my parcel. Parcel monkey service is great value.

I sent already twice boxes from UK to Spain, both times they arrived the day said in perfect condition and the price was the best I could find. Just to point out, I took the insurance which price I think is pretty reasonable I completely recommend it.

beware even if you made insurance they not paying you back,parcel force broke my order by there mistakes ,but they said theres not enough safety packing even there wasnt any space in the box to put more safety things in it all my money wasted, parcel monkey is rubbish i payed extra insurance for nothing

I was recommended by friend who much more frequently sells articles on eBay/Gumtree to try Parcel Monkey. I found the instructions clear and easy to follow, collection was easy and I had confirmation from the recipient that the goods were delivered in good condition.

Taking money from my account I used parcel monkey on 10/08/2017 paid for delivery item got delivered no problems at all on 25/08/2017 my account was charged by parcel monkey for nothing i didnt use they services and never authorised any transactions and on my bank its says my debit card was used by them W T F reported to bank and police they will start investigation

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE CAUSE IN ITALY YOU GUYS USE ONE COMPANY CALLED BRT , THEY ARE THE MOST IMPOLITE, USELESS AND RUDE PEOPLE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. MY PARCEL WASNT WHERE SUPPOSE TO BE AND THEY LIED EVERY SINGLE DAY WITH ALL DIFFERENT EXCUSES. I SPENT LOT MONEY TO CALL THEM AND I SEND THERE IN MILANO CERTOSA, TWICE MY RELATIVES. NEVER AGAIN I WILL USE THIS SERVICE, SUCH A SHAME CAUSE IF YOU WOULD USE SERIOUS AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANY AROUND THE WORLD WOULD BE FINE.

Convenient, efficient parcel delivery for a very economical price. Second use of company, package to Europe arrives safe and secure. Only quibble is web booking form can be frustrating until you have used it a couple of times. There was a glitch with the pickup on the first parcel (ordered within the time limit for same day collection but close to deadline), following the contact procedures resulted in good, personalised help and successful pick up following day. Second parcel prebooked a few days in advance, whole process textbook result. Follow the instructions and you can go far wrong !

System problems delayed the production of the label until the drop off point was closed. Offered no discount or alternative meaning my 1 day expensive delivery ended up taking 4 days.

Although Ive used this service quite a bit previously, without issue - this time round Ive been left in such a awkward position by ParcelMonkey and the courier theyve chosen to use for my order. Essentially, Ive now had my collection missed 4 or 5 times now. This is crazy as Ive been in constant communication with parcelmonkey helpdesk and Ive had to have someone attend my house for almost a solid week now (using holidays to stay off work). I am appalled at the lack of explanation and this is definitely going to impact my seller feedback on the website Id sold the contents of parcel on. I have since been told that I should expect a refund in just under a week. NOT GOOD! I am dependant on the moneys payed to be able to post the item and now ParcelMonkey will be in possession of this money. I have been left up sh!t creek without a paddle by PM, essentially. DO NOT USE PM. GO DIRECT TO A COURIER ONCE YOUVE COMPARED THE SERVICES.

I had a parcel 50x50x50cm and 27kg. I weighed and have a proof of it but you charged me an additional charge. This is a 3rd parcel and two times you charged me an additional charge and ones you destroyed the parcel made me £200 damage and refused to pay me out. In the future I will think twice to use your services. Im very disappointed in you and your service.

I cant say anything bad about Parcelforce, just happened to have a driver that failed to look for correct address for collection within a court where are multiple business facilities. Therefore parcels collection was failed. During the day I rang 5 times to customer services as I had no information, if parcel will be collected. Each time I was promised to be contacted by driver, he showed up 3 pm after attempted collection at 8.45 am and just said that he had 3 messages from office to contact me, but he just thought he will come back in the afternoon. After all that I cant say something bad about company it self, it just one particular driver that is not keen to find correct address and than ignores messages from office leaving customer frustrated.

DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY. I sent a parcel to the US from the UK it never arrived and after countless emails and three months I still have not been refunded. They dont want to take any responsibility saying they are just the re seller but yet you are not able to communicate directly to the courier that I chose to used. They have no contact number so all you get is a generated message response its so frustrating! I have lost the value of my goods which was £180 and £35 on the cost of shipping not to mention all the wasted time spent trying to get a refund and the damage to my business reputation. I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.

Just know they dont care. Great when they are taking your money but absolutely no after sales whatsoever - when parcels go missing they use any technicality to not help you out or even refund your fees!
